Everyday of the week is great but you dont want to miss Friday and Saturday kareoke nights with Rockin Roke run by the coolest husband and wife team, Tom and Nicole. They met 20 years ago at a kareoke bar and are just amazing. They really make everyone feel comfortable singing no matter how bad they are ....like me. 😃“

When you are there its like being back at studio 54 or even being back at 2001 Odyssey were the original idea of the lighted dance floor came from. “Came here for the first time on a whim for my birthday dinner and it was perfect! Service and atmosphere excelled. “The Museum is open by appointment only and Brian Styles, owner & Curator opened and gave us a personal tour last Saturday. The Museum has a special collection of rare high- horsepower manual trans, Carroll Shelby GT500 Convertibles. Brian explained since convertibles are normally not ordered with the high horsepower engines or manual transmissions since they are heavier and thus slower to race in a quarter mile than hardtops. Besides these, there is also a unique collection of other GM rare convertibles of the same unusual configuration and other muscle cars. Brian, the consumate collector and Curator knows every detail of the history and prominence of these beautiful cars and loved to share his knowledge with us. Besides the cars there is also a large collection of pinball machines and other automotive memobrilia. This is a great Museum and a really nice guy not to be missed!“

“🍽FOOD - we ordered taco bowl, salad and quesadillas with beer and mocktail they were all really good and generous size my favorite was the the salad that i replaced chicken with shrimp and it was so fresh and yummy. We also ordered chorrizo for desert with ice cream.Will definitely come back

“Although most of the restaurants in Grandview are fast food where you order at counter and take to a table - which I do not do, there is an outstanding sit down restaurant called ISLA & Co which is outstanding. It has Australian food. We had a quinoa salad that was outstanding and a grilled octopus that was perfectly cooked. Our server, McKenna was witty and friendly and did not miss a detail in being attentive. The manager,, Josh was pleasant and let us order the Octopus from the dinner even though it was not after five. I would highly recommend ISLA and go back again.“

“This is a cool bar that generally has really great live music. It's a small place but not overly tight, it has a little space to dance. I really liked the vibe and the type of music. The decorations are also very well done, the stage looks like a boat and there were some humorous signs. Recommended.“

The drinks are good and arent expensive, there is no food but sometimes they have food trucks parked.

The athmosphere is good, good music and freindly bar tenders.

They also have a outdoor area thats very nice and well kept, they usually have bands on the weekends that play there.

“The hotel itself is beautiful and in a great location. The room itself was small but comfortable. You have to ask for a coffee machine. I would have liked a kettle to make tea. Or they should offer tea with the Nespresso machine that you need to request. The bathroom was very nice. The main pool was beautiful and so was the beach. They offer a Tesla shuttle service to Worth Avenue if you want to go shopping ort to a restaurant. It was a unique experience.“

“I visited Hawkers for the 2nd time 2 weeks ago. I brought another group of friends there to celebrate one of our girlfriend's birthdays. Once again it was a great experience. Chef Reggie remembered me from my last visit. Manager Tom welcomed me back. Chef Benjamin came out to meet my friends and I. He wished the birthday girl happy birthday. Our waitress Dakota was very friendly and attentive. The staff made us feel special, and thanked me for coming back again and introducing my friends to the restaurant. We enjoyed the food, our drinks and the vibe of the place. A+ for customer service, hospitality and food. I will definitely come back again. I may even bring a new set of friends with me next time around.“

“We were three couples having dinner after an afternoon at the movies. We were given a round table, which was very comfortable and easy for us to talk and hear each other. It was also 7:30 pm when we arrived, which is a late time for most patrons in this area surrounded by adult communities. Jake was our waiter who was excellent. We had a few menus to choose from with specials, and I had the Power-bowl with chicken. It was packed with vegetables, sweet potatoes and quinoa. It was a generous portion. I was able to have another meal from the leftovers. Our friends had other salads and appetizers like edamame, and a spinach cheese dip with chips. Paul had the Mongolian beef with broccoli but he thought it was tough and the brown sauce was too salty. The best items to get here would be more classic American fare - the Asian salad, hamburgers etc. It’s a local venue in an upper class plaza which has indoor and outdoor dining options.“

I played pool and didn't realize I needed cash(dollar bills to pay) she wasn't helpful when I asked. Other service from her was poor. I travel alot and pull into random spots.
I like the local vibe, the location, the people, overall good. Bartender guy, I owe you a tip. I will double up next time.

“Located at The Ben in downtown West Palm Beach, this restaurant should not be missed. The service was great all around. From the valets, to the doorman, to the hostesses, and our server, everyone was friendly and gracious.

We ordered the Truffle Frites Au Fromage as an appetizer, and were blown away. The fries come with a Gruyère fondue that you can pour over tlhem. The fries were crispy on the outside and soft and pillowy on the inside. The nuttiness and sweetness of the cheese will make you reevaluate all of your prior cheese fries decisions. I had the Pastrami Spiced Pork Chop. It had good flavor and was well cooked. But the Red Cabbage Mostarda that it came with melted in my mouth and I couldn’t get enough

For dessert, we ordered the Carrot Cake. It had bits of pineapple and some candied nuts sprinkled on top and was served with some spiced whipped cream. This slice of cake may change your life. In my opinion, it’s one of the top desserts Palm Beach County. It is delightful

I know that this is a long review. But hear me out. We went on a Saturday night in December There’s ice skating across the street, there’s Sandi the Christmas tree within walking distance, and a lot going on downtown right now. More people should’ve been at this restaurant. For a place this good, there should not have been as many empty tables. Was it dead? No. Were there patrons at the bar? Yes. But more people need to come and try Proper Grit. The service is great. The vibes are immaculate. And most importantly, the food is delicious“

The staff is a good combination of dedicated and friendly, which is a truly rare combination of qualities in the service industry. The atmosphere is very unique in comparison to other bars, particularly those on Clematis, as it boasts a combination of pool tables and arcade games. I've even personally played Magic the Gathering here, which garnered a lot of attention and memorable nights. There's also chess outside on most Saturdays. Overall Lost Weekend is a must visit if you are in the area and a huge staple of the downtown West Palm vibe.“
