It has been 5 days(Tuesday) since I first contacted Chic-Fil-A customer service about this incident. I then contacted them again on Wednesday and Friday, but STILL NO REPONSE from the store and no refund for the food I had to throw away. After taking the food back to a house I was working at(about a 5 minute drive) I opened up the CLOSED bag. I then started eating a fry, upon eating the fry I notice a roach starts climbing out the bag. By time I got the photo of the roach it had already made it to the top exterior of the bag. I’ve never had this happen to me at any other fast food restaurant before and chic-fil-a would be the last place I expect this to happen. 5 days later and I can’t even get a call back about this situation is ridiculous. We are talking about a ROACH here and they haven’t taken matters into their own hands. Something needs to be done because if not it can and will happen to the next paying customer. There’s no excuse. I will never be eating at this location again.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great fast food restaurant! My burger came without sauce, but it was still absolutely delicious you can really taste the real chicken. The fries also seemed freshly made, not frozen, and were very tasty. My order was ready in just 2 minutes. The place is clean, the restroom is well maintained, and it smells nice inside. The staff were friendly and polite. Definitely better than McDonald’s. Highly recommend!
