This is the slowest Dunkin that being said it’s my favorite Dunkin in the county. Why? They take their time to make your order correctly the first time. I don’t ever have to go back cuz it’s always delicious. My food tastes like everyone washes their hands (I know someone out there knows what I mean) and at least for the young morning crew they are always a pleasure :) Love from Fe in the drive thru ? I will happily wait a few minutes if it means I won’t be driving back to complain.

This place is no different than the one on 6th ave. The coffee is made differently everytime, they’re always backed up and there’s no where to park. I will continue to travel a few extra minutes and go to Jeff’s Dunkin in Lantana. This one is disappointing.

I come to this location a few times a week and it is high volume even on the weekends.
Sabrina is phenomenal, she handles the high volume really well and makes sure the team is delivering at an efficient level.
Even at their busiest she is extremely kind and welcoming to the customers showing superb service.
The past few years I’ve seen a drastic decline in service at Dunkin,’ this location certainly sets the bar and other locations should observe or train from this location on how they treat their customers and complete their orders.

This Dunkin’ is off to a great start, coffee and iced tea is good hashbrowns are fresh! (Not just reheated) and service is great. Only thing is croissant or bagel don’t taste too fresh and tough to bite but everything else is great :)

I come up this way for work and I always try to avoid this location as much as possible but I started coming back to get the potion macchiato on my way to the gym. The staff is almost always rude, Even if there is only one car in the drive-through, it takes them forever to take your order. So I started going in the inside for faster service.
Today when I came in, Nancy was working with another younger guy. Nancy’s personality is very dull and a little nasty but she tries to hide it. She gave me my macchiato and I went on my way, but had to come back in because I left my keys In the restroom. I went to the counter to ask for a tiny cup of water for my dog and immediately, she started acting kinda funny about the water. A WATER !!!
Then her coworker came up behind her ( the Caucasian guy with long hair ) and said I’ll give it to you. You can tell that he just has a kind heart. I asked for a pup cup and then she said that they charged for pup cups.. like huh !!! Starbucks would never… Since when did they start charging for pup cups, Why even offer them since Dunkin’ Donuts policy is that they are supposed to be free.
When I finally got my keys out of the restroom, I ended up dropping my drink I went to the counter to buy another one because I was seriously scared to ask them to make a new one because of Nancy’s nasty attitude. Then the guy again offered to make it over for free. Hopefully Nancy had to clean it up.
Nancy seems very bitter and miserable unfortunately. I watched her interaction with another older, elderly woman who brought a coffee back and asked to get changed it, and she was even rude with her. It’s not that serious. This is exactly why I hardly ever come to this location because of the bad energy floating around in this place. Then just to think that they had a prayer tent outside early this morning when I passed by, They really should’ve been praying for Dunkin’ Donuts their employees.
Don’t waste your time going to this Dunkin location. Go to the one near the Burger King in lantana if you’re looking to go to a Dunkin in the area. Orders are always wrong. Rude staff. I see why this location has 2.3 stars for reviews

Been going to this new location since it opened. Staff is friendly and food is always great. The manager Sabrina who we see on Sunday and Monday really makes a difference in the customer experience at DD. It's very hard to manage a new team at a brand new location and she does it with professionalism. Fast food industry is always hit or miss with service and quality of food. Sabrina manages her staff thru example and is noticed on every visit. Lots of demands on staff by customers and it's up to management to make and implement change quickly and effeciently while maintaining the core values at DD. She provides the environment for staff to thrive and have seen staff implement these positive changes from the first time I went to this new location until now. Employees are thinking on their feet and trying to deliver each customer with with the best service possible.

Went in and entire staff is counting out like $12 in tips to split between 5 of them on customer table, took 20 mins to get order and when I asked about it some rude girl with ridiculous orange hair starts giving me attitude, so if that’s what you’re looking for this is your place. What a sad sad excuse of a business
