I’ve been here 3 times and every time they’ve messed up my order and take about 15-20mins to get you your food and drink. 3rd time is the charm, never coming back.
1st time they gave me someone else’s order and forgot to include my donut, had to drive all the way back to get the correct one.
2nd time coffee tasted like crap and water.
3rd time: they forgot my coffee, sandwich and donut. I ordered the toasted white chocolate but it tasted very nutty and watered down instead. At this point I refuse to go back in. I tried to correct the order in person, just a waste of time and money. The worst Dunkin!! This place could have 20 employees behind the counter and still be behind. The food is trash and the drinks are never consistent. Only good things are the donuts because they are not made in house.

Every time I come here, which is often because it's so close to my house, I'm usually the only one in line yet I always have to wait 10-15 minutes after paying to get one donut or bagel and an iced caramel macchiato. It's always a long wait.

Not a safe work environment for the women. My relative came in with his daughter and the behavior of the man in charge upset both of them. You can hear a woman pep talk one while complaining about how rude he is, calling her pleasant. All the while the manager just standing twiddling his fingers gawking at a few of the girls. You couldn’t deny the concerned Uncomfortable looks the guests showed while waiting for their orders. Can you believe a grown man who’s most likely a father had no thought in his head to help the young ladies out. That’s not the right way to run a store, it’s terrible.

Instant regret! The location was conveniently located just off the interstate. Did a mobile order for drive thru and noticed, from the window, that the inside of the establishment was not clean. Ordered breakfast sandwiches and both were cold . Asked for one to be remade and it was simply warmed. Had hash-browns in that were flavorful, buy COLD. Orange juice had a stale/old taste. The donuts were mediocre at best. Very disappointed in this visit. Not worth the time or money. Go to Starbucks……or any other spot.

I went in today around 6:46 AM and asked for a dozen box of donuts to take to my job. As soon as I pay they immediately hand me a box which from the looks of it would most likely have been there for a while. I didn’t open the box until I got to work and there I see that the entire box is full of bugs. This is unacceptable. Not only did they not ask which donuts I would like, but also gave me donuts that most likely would be stale and covered in bugs. I called them back hoping some type of refund and they said they wouldn’t be able to do anything over the phone. I literally cannot even go even if I wanted to. I will not be coming back here again. The atmosphere here is normally very nice but today was just horrible. I am no longer looking for a refund but this is very unacceptable behavior.

Dunkin’ Donuts needs to do better training their staff. There were approximately 3 guys working at 7:30 on a Saturday nights I went to the drive through to get a coffee it seems like they were being annoyed by the way they talk and look at me as a customer. Then they gave me an iced coffee that tastes just like water and milk. Will never go back to this store
anymore.

This is the slowest Dunkin that being said it’s my favorite Dunkin in the county. Why? They take their time to make your order correctly the first time. I don’t ever have to go back cuz it’s always delicious. My food tastes like everyone washes their hands (I know someone out there knows what I mean) and at least for the young morning crew they are always a pleasure :) Love from Fe in the drive thru ? I will happily wait a few minutes if it means I won’t be driving back to complain.
