I came to this location last night December 16th 2025 around 7:27 ish. I placed an order for my 8 piece chicken meal and the food was below temperature 🤒 the chicken wasn’t done, The chicken wasn’t edible. They all were soggy. I couldn’t believe that they were serving this chicken like that. I realize it when I got home. I was upset because my kids wouldn’t even touch the chicken as well. I went back to return the food. Maria the manager, She was supposed to give me a refund, and the refund did not go back to my card still waiting for the refund. Nobody said sorry about the convenience or nothing. That food and bad service.

Really truly has made one of the best turnarounds, they used to be very uptight and would always forget food, but now? now they're fantastic with service, always put a little extra in, and make their food PERFECTLY, fantastic KFC
June 16 at around 2 pm. Just AMAZING! Food was fresh and absolutely delicious 🤤. Great meal deal, loved the orange cream soda addition!!! And ... The service was spectacular 💗. Thank you so much for making my day!

Visiting June 4th 2025 this afternoon the Haitian staff stare me down giggling made me feel so uncomfortable talking about me who knows what they did to my food asked for a quick refund Maria the manager called me raciat not knowing I speak Spanish but put her right in her place when I defended my self in Spanish the haitian staff are the real racist they don't like white people .

Went through the drive through and was rushed to place my order after I had ask to be given a second twice. Ordered a 3 piece meal with macaroni and cheese and coleslaw and was only give 2 pieces of chicken and a mashed potatoes instead of macaroni. Wish I could say this was the first time this location has been this rude or incorrect with the order
