I just placed an order today, Friday, March 22, 2024, for a combo of 16 pieces. The delivery was only 8 pieces. When I complained, the KFC lady, with very bad manners, almost shouting, told me that the mistake was made by the person who delivered. They placed the order correctly, with very bad form, in the end it's all. A scam, the KFC in Lantana never orders online. 56 dollars lost and without the right to claim anything even though I personally addressed them. Very disappointed. Because at the same time In the end, they are the ones who choose who to send the order to. In addition to the poor manners and the poor treatment of the worker.

On Friday February 23 around 6pm, I went to Lantana for a $20.00 bucket and a spicy chicken sandwich for the amount of $27.27, when I got home I found out they didn’t give me the chicken sandwich, I went back to the store to explain that, a pregnant lady asked me for the receipt, I showed her the amount, the time and the location because I used Apple Pay she was still arguing and rolling her eyes with other people.Finally she told me “next time don’t do it again” I responded there will be no time time I just don’t want to go back and she told “ I don’t care”Instead of apologizing for their mistake they were trying to make me look bad.

Dried up hard chicken. Must have been sitting all day. Got home and went to eat a 30.00 8 PC meal and yes they got me this time and last time.I should of checked before I left but in the garbage it went. Sides were OK though.Shame on them for serving that to me. 1226 west Lantana store.

Good is always fresh and hot and all the workers are very friendly.
Ordered Online and paid. Order wasn't ready when I got there on Time. Waited an extra 25 minutes for the young cashier to not only get my order ready AFTER she waited on ALL the people in Line. Manager on duty was Useless and did not help her. I apologized for her poor management skills to this over worked young lady. Then I was by this time blocked in and couldn't leave as my food went cold.NEVER AGAIN at This location! Sad.
