Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

I love Popeyes but after going over the order numerous times , they still got it wrong after a long wait.

Went through the drive-thru. Polite service, not exactly friendly. Chicken strips were crispy and not dry, coleslaw was just ok, mashed potatoes were good but I couldn't tell the gravy was Cajun. The star of my meal was the apple pies. Hot and delicious with crispy crust and dusted with cinnamon and sugar. I will go back just for those.

Three months ago, I complained on Google about this location constantly messing up orders (giving mixed meat instead of the dark meat I ordered) and serving bad food. The owner promised to improve, but nothing changed.
Today, because my son loves Popeyes, I gave them another chance. Once again, they messed up my dark meat order. I had to waste 15 minutes driving back to exchange it. Not only did the staff show no remorse or offer an apology, but they also treated me with a completely disrespectful and hostile attitude.
They probably don't care because they hold a monopoly in this area (the next closest Popeyes is 10 miles away). I only come here because I love my son, but this restaurant has zero respect for its customers. They do not deserve our money

Miranda her customer service was beautiful she was very efficient quick she asked every single question that she had to ask that was the first time that I ever enjoyed my experience at Popeyes and I've been going for a very long time she needs a raise she's the best

Everyone was pleasant and completed order swiftly. I didn't catch the male staff name but he was very friendly and he motivated me write a good review. By the way Food was fresh and good.

This location needs more training and the employees are wierd the take long to prepare your order and this is the third time i order food and when i got home my food is missing i dont know if the employee is taking customers food and the never give you a receipt if you ask the machine never have paper this place needs new employees that wants to work wont be coming back here anymore i live 10 mins from here but ill find another location that will value my business

Terrible terrible terrible associates and manager , worst experience , very dirty , talk to their friends instead of helping customers

This used to be one of the best Popeyes I would go to. EVERYTIME I go it attitude’s always no matter if you go inside or drive -thru. For the past couple of months anytime I order food online it’s either cold, missing items and sauces and drinks. I only live 6 minutes away.. how is my food cold? I was missing my drink and sauces and my fries were like they tried to warm up yesterday’s fries! I won’t be going back to Popeyes on hypo.
