I am very local to the area. I am hungry wanted some dive bar food. Was torn between this and gooses. I've never had food at the still. But after reading the recent reviews I think I'm just going to head the Goose's where I know I get friendly service and it's smoke-free and the food is cheap and yummy

Went in to try the wings, they were good. But the service from the bartender was terrible. Very short and dismissive. I have no idea why he’s in the service industry. Also, they allow smoking and it was very smoky. Your hair will smell like it when you leave. ?

First time here and it has a ton of potential for a good time , but it wasn’t very welcoming except for the one regular that encouraged us to stay here . Came for a birthday party , told the bartender we were newbies and got ignored for the most part .Bar food not too shabby if you are hungry ?.In the industry, so I understand some aspects of the experience, I also understand people have bad days , however if someone came to my bar for the first time and mentioned it i would be a little more accepting.I respect the fact that I’m not a regular, I definitely ? understand how that works , but give us a chance . We are “potential regulars “. You never know .Also, I found out that this bar is owned by the same people as Fort Knox, Time Out, etc… which I am a regular.Hopefully ? this reaches the right reader .

Got accused of dining and dashing even though they gave me the option to pay online it was completely humiliating.#being black in America .now the owner comments on my post and says they don’t have the option to pay online what type of business doesn’t know there payment options ??? It clearly says scan with phone camera to pay on my receipt is that not paying online ? I really appreciate being humiliated and being accused of dining and dashing.Vegetarian options: Horrible

Interesting, that someone is talking about out-door patio. Anyway I'm one of the locals and coming in for a beer or two weekly for 10 years now and never seen a patio. There is a new bar tender 'Jim' who is not able to charge correctly, and since this is not the first time, I just wanted to point it out. Just now he was trying to charge $ 4.25 for a beer, and I know the correct price is $ 3.25. He got very offensive and plamed me for coming in, - in the first palace. Pretty pathetic ... Not cool ! Other wise my rating would be 4 -5, -Fun place and mostly great people. - this is just too bad.

I've been coming here for years....however the new owner and his management have run this place into the ground! You can no longer order food since Michelle (the manager) has closed the kitchen! Forget about coming in for beer on tap since they don't have that either. Spend your money somewhere else since they clearly wNt this bar to be a write off!!!
