Horrible experience all the way around. Drove up to a ghost town. The drive thru employee was outside smoking a cigarette. As soon as my husband pulled in to order she ran inside... Wonder if she even washed her hands. The food is absolutely atrocious. The steak bites look like charcoal nuggets. They taste like it too. The new steak bite bowl is a joke. $17 for for half a scoop of mac + cheese, 5 burnt up + dry steak bites that eat like a piece of rubber. The Best thing about the bowl(and really the only edible thing out of our entire almost $50 order was the onion strings and cherry turnovers. Spend $50 get $5 of edible food. I say edible questionably.. the fries were hard as a rock + cold as heck. Idk what is going on here, but no wonder it looks like a ghost town when u pull up. Id like someone to reach out to me ASAP about this. We came to eat food + in return were absolutely disgusted and waster almost $50. I took pictures + id love to share them here. Unfortunately we, as the consumer dont even have the option to share pics of the products we purchased. Arby's, yall should be ashamed to produce such a horrible product. I doubt the food we were given would pass any of the food inspections. As a previous fast food worker, nobody here is doing their job. Something needs to change here or I see this entire location being shut down soon.

Let me tell you something, I got a call from one of the managers, Justin a few days ago. He responded to a complaint I had about their “app“. It messed up my order and I didn’t catch it. I simply let them know that. Justin called me and told me to come in at my convenience and he was going to make it right. Even though his store did nothing wrong, he stepped up to the plate when I asked for nothing. Great job and thank you!!

This Arby's is fast, convenient, and the crew is always attentive. The food is as good as can be, fast-food-wise. To me, the location on Seminole Blvd is above average in the category. Had the chance to dine-in recently. This one is renovated and was very clean.

Never disappointed when I stop here. The food is always fast, fresh, and hot. The workers are always so nice too. Tried the Roast Turkey Sandwich for the first time and it was delicious. Roast beef sandwiches/fries fabulous as well! Thank you guys!

The Arby's in Virginia have not been the same since Covid. The beef doesn't taste as good as it did. This Arby's beef still has the taste that made Arby's a Household name! Good job and God's speed.

Great for fast food. I never have problems with my order. Also I should of wrote this when it happened, but I just remembered a couple of really touching stories from here and wanted to acknowledge even though it's very late. When my daughter was a new born, I went there to pick up some food and the staff paid for my food which was so sweet. Also around the same time give or take a year I went through the drive thru and the menu had recently changed and I accidentally ordered my roast beef without the cheese. After I realized I turned around and went back to order the right sandwich. When I pulled up the guy said weren't you just here? And I explained what happened and he gave me the correct sandwich for free.
