Barks and Brews Taphouse

We visited this great spot with a lively group of friends who love networking. It’s a wonderful place to relax and hang out, where you can bring your dogs along too! Enjoy delicious bar food—those hot tater tots were especially a hit—and soak in the cozy, enjoyable atmosphere. The service is prompt, and everyone on the staff is super friendly, making it a perfect hangout spot.

Guy at the front desk is rude drove 30 minutes there and told us that we couldn’t come in even though we submitted all the proper documentations. Seems to me like these people abominate against pitbull terrier mixes….

We had a great date night and our 5 month old pup had a blast. Staff was on guard and kept playtime safe and entertaining. Everyone was friendly. We enjoyed the beer selection. The grilled cheese was delicious! We ended the night with bingo!

Pat and the crew at Barks and Brews are awesome! They are I ncredibly friendly and welcoming and get to know you and your.
They have a selection food for you and your pup, with rotating specials, good drink selections and events happening all the time.

We’ve been a regular fixture at Barks and Brews on Thursday for trivia night. They have both indoor and outdoor spaces where dogs can play freely, and there’s even a designated area in the bar that’s off-limits to our canine companions.

Even if you don’t have a pup of your own, this is still a great spot to hang to make your day better.

Great beer selection and for someone who didn't even know they had food - it was delicious! The staff is amazing and super attentive and I can't think of any place better to be than with all the great pups and all the great brews!

You have to register your dog and have your entire immunization record available. I just wanted to be able to go outside someplace where I could have food and have my dogs for a couple hours. It is really a hassle and if you're not prepared for it don't even come

I came here a few months ago late and not busy with my dogs, it was nice until a very drunk woman who I was told was a regular came over and started hassling me. I have a video of her asking me inappropriate questions while I kept asking her to leave me alone. She also grabbed my food and ate some. I told this to the bartender and she said “oh really, wow.” And did nothing about it. She kept bothering me to the point I left and on my way out she ran up to me and grabbed me infront of an employee I was talking to who did nothing about it so I had to push her off of me and tell her not to touch me. All this was happening while they were STILL SERVING HER! Be careful coming here late.

We’ve been to (almost) all of the dog parks in the area, and paws (hands) down- Barks and Brews consistently has some of the most involved “ruferees.” There’s almost always someone outside monitoring the dogs playtime. At many other dog bars, there may or may not be an employee outside monitoring the dogs playing. I appreciate that at B&B, the employees are actually paying attention and making sure the dogs are behaving. We actually live near by 2 other dog bars, and drive 30 mins about once a month to visit. Love this place.

Barks and Brews is hands down one of the best spots around! Being able to bring my dogs to play and socialize while I relax with a drink is such an awesome concept, and they absolutely nailed it. The atmosphere is fun, clean, and welcoming—for both people and pups.

A huge shoutout to our bartender, Nikki, who was fantastic. She was friendly, attentive, and made great drink recommendations, all while keeping the vibe upbeat and fun. You can tell she genuinely enjoys what she does, and it really adds to the experience.
