Ice cream was crusty on top with frost and it looked really old. I asked if they had anything fresher in the freezer and got a flat no.

Got a strawberry sundae last night that the guys didn't even know how to make. The strawberries and the syrup tasted sour so I promptly stopped eating it. Too bad my three-year old isn't fully aware of her palate and had a dinosaur cup of chocolate ice cream that she proceeded to throw up this morning. She began complaining of her stomach hurting last night and continued on through the night. The health department should wipe out all of your products. That's disgusting you'd even serve this kind of stuff to people.

This was the absolute worst! The place was practically deserted, so we used the drive-through. I asked the employees for their best flavors, and instead of helping, the guy told me to get out and look myself. Seriously? In an empty place, can't even suggest their top flavors? No wonder this place is dead! Horrible service. Left with no purchase.

We called here today after a road trip from Orlando do to orange county choppers and Harley Davidson, we were served by George who is a gem, a real lovely lovely guy, asked us where we were from etc, apologised many times for the shop not having hot fudge but he made up for it with an extra cherry on the top, an excellent server and made sure he said goodbye to us as he was serving at the window and seen us leaving he finished with his customer and made sure we caught his attention so he could say goodbye, I do t know when I will be back in St Pete's could be next year or even the year after but when we do I hope George is still there as we will be calling again, oh and also the ice cream is lovely

Honestly, the coffee was prepared perfectly, but the croissant sandwich came with cheese when I specifically requested no cheese. I was the only customer there, so not sure what happened. Having the luxury to travel frequently I notice that consistency is not part of the company's business strength.

Just being completely honest, I rarely ever have exceptional service at Dunkin Donuts/Baskin Robbins anywhere I go. Today however I was served by George at the Baskin Robbins counter and just wanted to take the time to let him/Dunkin know how much we appreciated his service in the hopes that it gets back to him. Kind, patient and engaging with my children, just overall very friendly and a great experience. Thank you!

Captain Baskin served us up with some great ice cream combos and an awesome cheerful attitude. Baskin Robbins ice cream never tasted better.
Stopped with my granddaughter after I picked her up from school we decided to have a cheat day ? the lady behind the counter was a doll! Great service we sat inside and ate our Donuts lol!!
