This is a typical Baskin-Robbins. The emploees are friendly and helpful. Hoang went above and beyond to make a banana split that was a downright work of ART! The food was better than expected. The store is clean. Overall a great location and we will be back for sure.
From our experience I think more staff is needed in the drive thru areas but especially at their peaks of their day. We did waited a little to long but their smile and great customer skills at the window contributed for a satisfactory end of our experience at this store.

There was a homeless man sitting outside, so I felt awkward parking my car and going inside for ice cream. I went through the drive-thru which wasn't much better. I ordered a sundae, but didn't get a spoon. So I has to ask for it. And my sundae didn't come with a cherry on top, even though I asked for it in the order. Great!
