We went in for some ice cream and smoothies and it took over 30 minutes to get 4 scoops of ice cream and 2 smoothies. One of the smoothies was not edible and looked like something that was already ate and regurgitated…. None of the workers seem to know what they were doing at all. There was only 6 of us and no one else was there and there was 4 people working. Would never go back or recommend to my worst enemy

Some guy with a weird mustache told me i couldn’t add donut holes at the window. Store policy. There was nobody in line or inside. Place was deserted. Only asked to add an order of donut holes. Seems like a poor way to do business. Seems mighty full of himself and proud for refusing to sell me something. Big ego guy hurting a local business.

Should have looked at the reviews before I ordered a banana split only to realize they didn't have half the ingredients. It's a disgrace to advertise what you don't actually have in stock!!

Very disappointed. paid $9.75 for a 3 scoop sundae with strawberry sauce. scoops were small and did not get strawberry sauce... so it wasnt a sundae just 3 small scoops of ice cream. Never again

Guys when you take drive thru make sure you check your order before you leave. We got a big order of double scoop ice cream and the scoops were empty from inside. That's stealing

They had no Jamoca Almond Fudge which is one of their oldest and best flavors of ice cream.This has happened several times.
First time there and I went through the drive thru the receipt has the cashier as Jonathan T. so I assume that's who it was. He was very polite from the time he asked me to look at the menu and he would be back to take my order. I hope all of the staff are as nice as he. I will definitely be back. Thanks

Moises was kind enough to read us the ice cream options since they aren’t listed on the drive thru menu. He was very nice and seemed to be running things solo. Kudos to him!
