Our server Christopher F. was amazing, great attitude, very friendly . Food was delicious, we had the Black and Blue burger and the Italian flatbread pizza it was delicious and a shout out to the bartender that day who made the Caramel martini, very good !!! We definitely recommend and will be back soon and we will ask for Christopher specifically A+ rating

Friendly, always a big smile .The food was so good my niece is still talking about her burger, my vegetarian sister got a plant based burger and loved it, they even had gluten free buns..great food and great staff

Kaitlyn made our dinner at Big Jim’s so much fun. She was knowledgeable about all food and drink and gave amazing recommendations. She was quick and so very friendly. It was BOGO chicken parm night and that was absolutely delicious. We also had beef on weck and I am from Buffalo NY so I know THE BEST and Big Jim nailed it!! The beef was med rare, sliced thin and so tender, the roll was wecked perfectly, and they had horseradish too. It ranks right up there to the BOW in Buffalo. Tons of local craft beer and martini flavors. The place was cranking!!! Big Jim’s is back and better than ever. We can’t wait to go back again!! Thank you Kaitlyn for your amazing service.

Great BBQ. Brisket was my favorite. The ribs were great as well. *update 2/2026* Love the menu and the quality of meats. BBQ is still on point and very appreciative of using beef tallow for frying. If they have mozzarella stick appetizer available, definitely get them. Their meatloaf is delicious.

My wife and I were finally able to Go to big Jim’s after hearing so much about it. I had the 16 ounce prime rib and my wife had the ribeye steak. We also had an appetizer of pork belly and I had French onion soup. We paid well over $100 for this meal and to me, it was just ok. The French onion soup didn’t stand out. Tasted like regular French onion soup You’d get from a chain steakhouse. Same with the prime rib. My wife’s ribeye was very thin and again, Just an average ribeye comparable to chain steak houses, which are several dollars cheaper. Also, we went on a Saturday evening and the place was so loud and packed with people. You could barely have a conversation with the person sitting across from you. The only positive thing and it’s a high positive, Our server was fantastic. I do not remember her name, but she was very attentive and hard-working. We may go back to try some of the other dishes, but doubt we’ll spend the extra money on just a choice steak when you can get prime steaks for cheaper at other restaurants.

We heard the old owner was back and the food was great again. So another couple of us went and it was phenomenal. Three of us had steaks which were all great and cooked perfectly and the other lady had salmon and said it was very tasty as well. Our service was great, the place was packed but worth the wait.
