Paige is the worst manager she and her crew made a 7 dollar mistake and didn’t want to try to fix it or help very impatient not understanding and rude I love coming to Buffalo wild wings with friends but they need a better Manager at the position our retrain her and teach her about politeness am so disappointed and her Tone and language hopefully upper management reads this and reaches out to her it was mistake and they should’ve owned up to it don’t call your customers Liars

One of the worst restaurant experiences of my life… First off, the inside of the restaurant had a dirty sour smell. I ordered a drink which there was a giant piece of plastic in it, and it wasn’t even taken off our tab. There is grime all over the tables and booths. The music was horrendous lol. The waitress was very kind and did her job well - so nothing against her service by any means. The food was OK - I really liked the fried pickles and the onion rings were good but for the quality it was so insanely expensive. But otherwise, I was genuinely appalled.

I’ve been to many Buffalo Wild Wings and the food is always good. But what separates this one apart. All servers are attentive and kind. The hostess as well. I e never sat at the bar because I sit outside with my dog. But I imagine they are great too. There has never been once the managers have not checked in. There is a wonderful lady that I believe is the GM that has always been great. I even asked once why the staff was so amazing. She told me the are a family. That type of leadership shows. To get to the point I realized I left my AirPods here. They did not immediately find them. However invited me to come in if showing in the store. The manager on duty tonight went all around the restaurant with the findmy app and found them for me. I decided to stay and have some food because of it. Special shout out to Ray for his above and beyond service at a place that already goes above and beyond. Made me feel like family too!

We ordered the 6 for two or something (can't recall) we ordered their boneless wings, upgraded to the triple bacon burger (it was so good) and fries. Everything was hot and boneless wings were crunchy in the outside and soft in the inside. Coming back in the future.

My wife ordered wings for delivery and got exactly zero of the sauces she wanted and ordered. When she gave the restaurant the opportunity to correct their obvious and careless mistake, they issued a pathetic $12 credit instead of refunding her order completely. Again, it was their mistake and they couldn't care less. Why is it that Buffalo Wild Wings never seems to be able to do the bare minimum, which is to simply make the food that is ordered? The total wing count is always short and never sauced the way you order...and they never take responsibility for awful service. Pathetic.
Okay well first of all, I couldn't believe how loud the TVs were blasting in the restaurant, I found it rather annoying. Given it is football season and if that's your thing then it's all good but for me I wouldn't go back because of this. I got 15 hot wings and they were above average but slightly overcooked. Good flavor but being from Philadelphia I have high standards for pizza and wings and cheesesteaks, I would give them an 8.3 I probably would never return simply because of how loud the restaurant was with the TVs. Definitely a sports bar feel, not really my type of restaurant vibe

I love Buffalo Wild Wings. Unfortunately this is one of the locations that prevents me from spending money on it. Food absolutely never comes out right when we get takeout. We have tried takeout at least 4 separate times with months in between and have been unhappy every time. We got delivery one time and they gave us the wrong type of wings SAUCELESS. I understand mistakes happen but it’s clear now it’s just negligence. I imagine eating in the restaurant would help this because service is good but clearly management doesn’t care about what comes out of the kitchen.

Only knock on the service was the place was packed. It was 10 pm and prime time. They need more employees. Dont let that stop you, go. The atmosphere was exciting and fun. As always, good food.

One of my favorite chain restaurants to visit as I love wings and sports. Don’t understand all the negative reviews as this is one of my favorites. Staff are always welcoming and take care of you from start to finish. Nice outdoor patio to sit on as well. We always as for Kayla as she’s attentive and amazing!
