I mostly love this place but they got to order of mine wrong and one time and it was cold and it wasn't supposed to be cold it's supposed to be one or hot really but anyway I waited for 35 minutes in the line outside in the drive through.I just wanted the food and got it cold. I was dissatisfied and I tried to call the manager but nobody would ever pick up the phone so I've been not going to Burger King I can maybe one day I'll try it again.
Surprised by how decent it was! The food ain't as bad as It used to be. Not quite McDonald's quality but you get what you pay for. In this case, I got food that was better than McDonald's at the time. Not someplace id go outta my way for, but if I'm in the area again I wouldn't mind popping in for some chicken fries.
The service was awful, I pulled up to the drive way after they rudely told me to pull up because I was reading the menu which was before the speaker, and when I did pull up I had to wait 2 minutes before speaking to someone again, and when picking up the food it took them 10 minutes to give me my one burger and my drink when they have 5+ people in the kitchen, the only bottleneck I see they are having issues with is the terrible staff
