Cesarina's is legit. No frills, authentic Italian deli offering high-quality cold and hot subs at very affordable prices. For the same price you pay at Publix, all due respect, you get the real deal here - from the bread itself to the Italian meats you know best (capicollo, salami, mortadella), this is as good as it gets. Also, 'leave the gun, take the cannoli' - it's a must-order item here. Make this your destination for your next Italian sandwich. Bellissima!

Absolutely delicious food! I had the classic Italian sub, pasta salad, and cannoli - everything was great but you've got π to π try π this π cannoli π
It's under new ownership and it really shows. The staff is very friendly, good selection of pasta and wine, and everything was very clean and well organized.
Go. You're welcome π

Everything was great!
Had Grilled chicken sandwich, house salad, Greek salad and Italian beef. The 6 and 12 inch sandwiches were huge with lots of meat. Bonus onions and green peppers on the beef at no change. Will try the Tuna and chicken parm next time!

I live in the Philly area so I am comparing the Cesarina' Special to the Phila Hoagie. The Bread is very close to Liscio's bread, very good. The special is very large and the mozzarella is fresh and excellent. The Prosciutto is good but not enough, only two slices. It would be five star's if there was another few slices of Prosciuttto. Tomato, shredded lettuce and onion with oil plenty.

Best Italian sub i think I've ever had and under 10$ !
The food is fresh and amazing. We will definitely come back. The owners were so nice. Nice place to eat.
Delicious. The store is nice and clean. The staff is very nice and the sandwiches are totally worth it. The bread alone is soft and perfect. This place is marked on our map.

Best in Tampa Bay that I've ever found. I live in Sarasota now but whenever I'm anywhere near Cessarina's, I'm getting a sub and sfogitielle (however ya spell it) canoli and whatever else I need. I don't know if they bake their own sub rolls but its in its own league ! I make up reasons to drive up there sometimes just to bring stuff home. 6 stars out of 5.
Excellent deli
Never a bad sandwich here. The bread is always the star of the show which makes them all delicious!! My fave is probably the mozz and prosciutto with a pesto shmeer I sometimes add.ove the little market inside as well, that tend to have things I just can't get elsewhere....like radiatorre pasta and some amazing desserts.
Picked up a nice fat 12inch Italian Sub a little before closing time today....it was delicious and very filling..hidden gem I will be back. Oh and the fat slice of Cheesecake π€π₯°
My husband and I stopped in for the first time last night and it was delightful. For any true italian from the Northeast (Philadelphian here), this will be your new go to. They have all authentic items, the best pizza, prosciutto, buffalo mozzarella, and desserts around. Sal was an angel who showed us around the store and really got to know us. We will be back for all our holiday panetone's.
