We were there for my birthday and Anna gave us exceptional service! She anticipated our every need. The food was excellent, as always! We frequent this establishment because the specials are amazing as well as the service and atmosphere! Thank you Anna for making my birthday special!

My husband & I were trying to make this our favorite spot, but after the last time we visited for the 3rd time in a week, they fell terribly on the food. We order fajitas & we were never asked about the meet cooked option. Generally speaking it's cooked trough, but this meat was barely cooked & in this day and age we should have been asked the cooked meet preference not just thrown at us. Naturally it was uncomfortable & a turn off, my hubby & I lost our appetite & it didn't make it for a nice dinner experience. Also sending food back is never good because part of the dinner got cold & just not a great experience at all & just upsetting. We mentioned it to the waitresses but it landed on deaf ears.Not happy about it.So dear manager if you really care about your guests reach out to us to make this right.

We have been to the Largo Chili’s a few times. Service has always been great. Food was hot and delicious. Went once just for the lava cake. Dangerously delicious.

My family is eating here many times before in the past, though today we had the worst order we've ever had there. but I'm giving a five-star review because of how the management they are handled are issue. the manager on duty. Josh answer the phone. he was very apologetic. he gave us a complete full refund on our order from the to-go that we picked up and he was very polite and gave me excellent service. I think you can really tell a restaurant by how they handle issues as opposed to how they just handle normal everyday things. thanks, Josh!

Staff not friendly. Menu needs to have better options. Most if not all the food is prepared in a microwave. Old menu was better and the 2 for 1 drinks are a joke. Using mugs the size of kiddie cups for beer to fool people into thinking they are getting a deal. Please!!! We left after we couldn't find anything on the menu to be satisfying after waiting 10 minutes for water and having to ask each time to get another refill on my 4 oz beer.

The To-Go staff really lacks at this location. They will no longer bring the food to you curbside. When you go inside they won’t acknowledge you when you are standing at the To-Go counter. This has happened on multiple occasions. Today I waited over 10 minutes and had numerous staff go in and out of the kitchen so I know they saw me. Finally one female walked up to the computer to ask my name just for me to see her grab my paid for food that was sitting on the counter this whole time. So are we just supposed to go behind the desk to grab our own food? Not sure so I will not be back.
