We were really excited about the new location opening around the corner from us. Upon entering you can tell the tables are not wiped between guests. The young lady that made our food plates was super friendly and very nice. The cashier looked like she hated being there. The food was not so great. Looks better in the commercial. The price for two people for two bowls and two drinks was $39. That's nuts!
This is a really solid Chipotle! I go here a lot because my friend leaves nearby and we never have to worry about it being good one day and bad the next it's just always good food and good service. I just went tonight and I had asked for a bit more extra rice and veggies since at first I think they were like almost out at the time so I didn't get very much initially, and they gave me the extra I asked for no charge and no passive aggressive attitude like most places...
Absolutely top-notch Chipotle! The Ulmerton location runs like a well-oiled machine — super clean, fast service, and every single ingredient tastes fresh. The staff is always friendly and quick to greet you, and they actually take the time to build your bowl or burrito right (none of that rushed or skimpy stuff). The rice is perfectly cooked, the guac is always on point, and the portions are generous every time.
