The food at this location is exactly what you would expect from Culver's, the issue with the location is the service.
Yesterday I came through my with a friend for lunch and we got a Culver's Bacon Deluxe value basket and a Buffalo Chicken Tenders value basket. We sat down to eat back at my friends house and the Buffalo Chicken Tenders were missing. We called the location and a manager named Devin picked up and said we could swing back through and pick up the tenders and he would include some coupons/vouchers for a couple value baskets and frozen custards.
We came back maybe an hour and a half later, the woman on the speaker sounded annoyed at us when they are the ones forgetting food. We pull up the the window and sat there for minutes with another girl just standing with her back to us, and some other girl talked past her and we explained everything that Devin told us to say. They hand us a bag with the tenders with no coupons.
Don't waste your time with this location, just look at recent reviews they consistently forget things and this isn't the first time either. It's crazy to be paying nearly $30 for fast food and have the service be rude and careless and this isn't even the first time I've had issues at this location.

They were friendly, attentive, and made us feel really welcomed. It’s not often you find that level of service, and it made our visit extra enjoyable. Forgot my tenders. This place is normally exceptional but it’s also expensive. That’s about a solid 10 bucks taken from me today in an inflated crappy economy. Check your bags fully before giving to customer… really ruined my night. More so losing 10 bucks

I ordered online, food was brought out, and unfortunately I did not check it. Got home and found 1 out of the 4 meals was not in the bag(s). It was after 6 pm, we were all hungry too! I promptly called the store, and returned with my receipt. These people had 1 job to do, and they failed miserably!! I will drive across town further from home to get my strawberry milkshake & burgers than go back here! Very disappointed to say the least!!!!
