11/02/24 My first and only complaint about Culver's was my first visit to this particular location as it's open til midnight 7 days. I was out late tonight and my usual Culver's closes at 10pm. My burger was room temperature at best. The fries were the only thing "warm". My pot roast sandwich had barely any meat on it and it was also room temperature. Nothing was cooked to order. It seemed as if the food was under a heat lamp and not cooked to order. I arrived at 11:10pm. At 11:30pm, I went to refill my soda. All the caps were removed so it sprayed everywhere. They don't close until midnight and there were 3 of us still dining in. I'll stick with my normal Gulf To Bay location and just have to go earlier.
An employee was loud in the kitchen area and making strange noises around 11:25pm as if he needed something to do. I guess he was waiting for midnight. It was irritating to myself and I'm sure the other guests.

Got a plain chicken sandwich and couldn't eat it. The patty was hard as a brick. I couldn't bite it or even cut it.
