This was the BEST experience I have ever had at a fast food place in my life!!! The service was impeccable. We walked in, were greeted with a smile, and our food was brought directly to our table. The manager came to our table towards the end of the meal to ask us about our experience and brought us to-go boxes! The chicken tenders were so hot and fresh. The butter bread was DELICIOUS! And I HIGHLY reccomend downloading the DQ rewards app. I scanned our receipt in while we were eating, and by the time we were done I had BOGO ice cream to redeem! This location was incredibly clean and well managed! I always wish DQ would lower their prices a bit, but this location blew us away!!!

I got a double cheeseburger with onion rings and a reese's blizzard. Cheeseburger and blizzard were great, but onion rings were thin and not a lot of onion.

My cousin and I ordered a banana split it was good. At the time we visited the kids from the high school was there and we sat outside because it was a beautiful day to profanity and they had no regards to us being there. They were inside as well just loitering around. We left. That was my first time there and it wasn't wasn't a good impression for the business.

I like the Largo location and the food is very good, however the place is so cold . This is a stupid way to loose customers. Please give the ac a break. I think the employees are controlling the temperature, someone in charge …. We are freezing. If it doesn’t change I won’t be able to visit this location.

My local DQ. Been disappointed several times about the Misty machine is down. The latest was last night 02/11/25. went there to get a Misty and was told after waiting 5+ mins to order that the Misty machine was down for an indefinite amount of time. Third time in as many months. Thought Misty was a DQ favorite.

Placed a mobile order for $42. Store claimed to never got it and refused to give me my food or refund my money. Manager basically said it was my problem and was no help in getting this issue resolved. Been trying to get ahold of someone higher than the store manager to get my money back and it's been a fight. Will never be back to a Dairy Queen again. Plenty of other places that have better food and are willing to work with you to make problems right. Beyond frustrated.
