So there was a couple issues.Main one was i went in at 3 pm. Several high school kids cussing from one corner to another. One of the employees, ( overweight lady with short blond hair) was over with them by the bathroom and didn't say a dam thing. Mind you a couple walked in with a younger girl and all the kids were cussing n talking like they were uneducated. (meaning alot of cursing) It was disappointing.. I come in often with my 5 kids in the evening. Usually its chilled in evenings. Also It would also be nice if some staff members would dress appropriately, like wear a belt, pull your pants up, and talk clearly. This would be great to. Where is the Expectations in the service work place.Mind you I am in the food service industry and service an Entire Adult school in Clearwater/largo area and the adults ranging from 18 to 50 dont cussing like these HS kids.

The manager is a joke. The employees are a joke. The manager lets the employees talk to you. However, they want and roll their eyes. All that orders were wrong and the whole establishment is a joke and is trash. These people don't deserve to have jobs. The manager doesn't deserve to even have a job And the employees here don't even deserve to have jobs.I will be calling corporate since the manager couldn't find the corporate number.Of course The girl also said she'd spit in my food.And I guess what?Took so long because the girl at the register looks like she ate most of the orders

There was one girl with colored hair and glasses who was an excellent worker and exercised great customer service she just started her shift at 5:00 the other workers suffice to say were non-communicative and ignored the customers waiting in line longer than usual. The employees bore the expression of one attending a beloved pet's funeral.

I am very disappointed. I ordered a Reese’s blizzard and asked for double which I was told is 6 scoops of the Reese’s for a medium. They proceeded to charge me extra for the Reese’s but gave me close to none. I was robbed and do not recommend this place!
