Made the mistake of not reading reviews. Ordered a “big plate” came with a tiny amount of brisket and nothing else. 20$+ for literally two bites of brisket, cold and dry. Such a joke.

here i sit eating this bbq without saucesreally, without sauceswho eats bbq without sauces. i even ordered a 2 flavor and they delivered none of ittotally missed a 1 of the 3 items in the big plateso doordash gives me part of my money back but i'm still sitting here eating garbage

Our Order was 30 minutes late from pickup time. Didn’t receive half of my order. Tried calling back multiple times and never heard back. Finally got ahold of a manager who stated they refund the order. We waited a week and called back since we never received the refund. We spoke to a new manager who said they would refund it, but it never came. We ended up reaching out to the corporate team who told us that each location is independently owned and that they sent a message to the owner. We still never heard back.

They don’t even deserve 1 star. So disappointed that I waited an hour to get my food and half was missing. The portion that did come was full of fat. Absolutely disgusting.

I didn't realize that this was a ghost restaurant run out of Wing House when I ordered delivery so I can't give it 5 stars. Food was re heated food but the taste was actually good. I would order from here again but I would eat at an actually Dickeys to try the food fresh.

Should have read other reviews prior to ordering.. I ordered a family meal with chicken and brisket. There were 4 small slices of brisket and scraps of chicken… sounds a lot like the other reviews. Steer clear.

Ordered delivery. 2 sandwiches and the regular plate. Both sandwiches barely had scraps of meat, no sauce, and the cheese was missing. The regular plate never came.Always enjoyed Dickey's even though it's a chain, this location however is a miss. Based on the 1 star Google rating is shows they don't care to improve, don't go.

I got the 3 meat combo. The pork ribs were spoiled. It was as though the meat had turned and then they went ahead and cooked it anyway. Did not get my BBQ sauce. Mac and Cheese and BBQ beans tasted like they came out of a can. There was nothing unique about them. I had wanted an authentic, home-made type of experience. Brisket was okay, kielbasa okay. Both would have been better if I had some BBQ sauce.
