I went in with all my special requests, and the gentleman helping me was so kind and patient, making sure everything was done exactly right. Best part, the pizza completely exceeded my expectations. Charged twice on my card yet no pizza order showing. No manager on site had to wait for them to call one on phone only to be told nothing they can do!! I have to dispute charges with my bank and place order again. Total waste of my time totally useless staff. Everyone standing around looking at schedule ZERO customer service. Don't waste your time here,go to another location!!

Unfortunately didn't have a good experience yesterday. Almost waited and hour 😩 for just 1 pizza ordered on line then waited in lobby for 25 mins after pizza was promised. Was not compensated for that kind of wait. Not good customer service

Robert got our order here fast! First time ordering since I got to Florida. This was excellent! Hot, fresh and just what we wanted. Loaded with cheese, bacon, Philly steak, onions & peppers. We also got cheesy bread & bacon loaded chicken bites. So yummy! Whomever did our order was great! Baked perfectly to. Chef kiss all the way!!

1st off the lady that answered the phone don't listen I repeated my address 4 times and she got the unit # wrong 6 times each time I tried to tell her she cut me off trying to talk over me. I've ordered from this location countless times and not 1 person cut me off and tried to talk over me. Who ever she is needs to go back to training and learn customer service skills.
