Today I went to this location for the first time and was served by Samantha. She gave recommendations for iced coffee flavors as well as suggest a replacement of glazed munchkins since their glazed donuts were out of stock. Thank you Samantha for your five star service!
It's around 8 p.m. last minute with two toddlers getting a banana ? split ?and donuts. The service was so amazing ? from Amanda! I've been here before - like six other times for breakfast and didn't get a positive morning smile it was the wrong food and burned sandwich, but I decided to try again. And Today!!! Hooray to Amanada for her great attitude and customer service ? My order was right on point ? and felt welcome ?
Didn't know I had to wait 5 min if I used the mobile app. After I waited, found out my order was wrong, and had to go into the store to correct it. Service wasn't friendly and felt like I was bothering them by my order & business. Won't be back.
