I usually don’t like posting negative reviews, even when I receive bad service, but after my last experience at this location, I will never visit again.

It started with a woman taking my order at the drive-thru in a condescending tone. She asked if I wanted cream, and I said I wanted half and half. In a rude manner, she responded, “Half and half is cream. So that’s a yes.” Then, without letting me say anything else, she completed my order. I clarified that I wanted very light cream because I saw that she had added 3x cream.

When I went to pick up my coffee, it wasn’t light cream. My girlfriend asked the employee at the window for the name of the woman who took my order, but he refused to provide it. I asked if they could redo my coffee, and the same woman came back with two iced coffees, saying in a rude tone, “This one is 3x cream, and this one is 2x. Which one do you want?” I wanted light cream, so I said “one.” She then made it and handed it to me.

My girlfriend asked again for her name, but she was wearing a sweater and her name tag was on her hat so we couldn’t read it. She refused to give us her name and then slammed the window shut.

I will never return, especially after seeing all the negative reviews lately. Having worked in the service industry, I was always taught to kill people with kindness. I was not rude to her at any point, yet she was condescending and rude throughout the entire interaction.

I recently had a frustrating experience at this dunkin restaurant that really left me upset since i come here to study with friends. I was enjoying my meal, having a great time with friends laughing when one of my friends took another’s phone and accidentally knocked over a drink. It wasn’t intentional, of course, but the cup fell, spilling a SMALL WATER onto the floor. I immediately went to pick it up, I hoped that the staff would be understanding but they were not whatsoever. Instead, the reaction we got was not at all what we expected. One of the workers immediately yelled at us and told us to stop causing a commotion, raising her voice at us in front of everyone. After that when we went up to grab paper towels the worker said “Why are you grabbing all those napkins its useless and doesn’t make any sense” They then handed us a sopping wet mop which hardly helped whatsoever. I understand that accidents can be annoying, but the harshness of the response really made us uncomfortable. This is not the first time that us and others have been yelled at by these workers. Another thing to state is the dunkin is absolutely gross, there is always hair everywhere and dirt, gross tables etc. we will no longer be returning to this Dunkin Donuts.

Walked in, only guy in the store, not busy. Order 2 bagels, not cut or toasted. Get home, one sliced bagel in the bag.

Drive back, get the right order (under my supervision now). Bagels taste and look like hockey pucks.

Never again………….

I feel bad for Cheyenne as the manager. She is sweet and soft spoken which is a distinct contrast to Haley and Emily who have attitudes and yell at customers when they mess an order up. I was there with my kids and when my drink was wrong I politely mentioned what was wrong and Emily started tell me about how she does not want to remake it, I could hear this all the way in the drive through. As she hands me the remake I kindly asked if it was oatmilk not regular, which is what I ordered, and she slammed the drink down with a loud "Jesus Christ!" I responded loudly because she was walking away to not remake it and to just refund it. Haley then proceeds to give major attitude about giving me a refund and when I requested to speak with the manager she snapped "What for?! You don't need her, I'm giving a refund!" I responded to let her know about the conduct of employees and Haley replied "She is too busy for you. So here is the refund." I stated I had time and would wait in the lobby. She told me not to and I did any how. My interactions with Cheyenne were pleasant. She was apologetic and kind, very soft spoken. What is a shame is the people under her has zero respect for her and obviously hates their choice for employment. I tried calling corporate for this but there is no way to reach them. I hope the GM sees this and backs up Cheyenne and handles the other to rude employees. I can deal with unhappy employees, but the amount of attitude and disrespect given by them for making a mistake on my order was not professional.

6:50pm on a Saturday(11/16) … no one answering the drive thru and when I walk inside no one is around. This store also never has enough glazed donuts for a dozen. The staff is so unprofessional like they are all high. This store might as well be closed. Go up the street to the other Dunkin’ on Missouri and it is busy, in stock and professional!

I don’t recall one time I’ve come to this specific Dunkin’ and had a good experience. It’s always something. Food made wrong, drink made wrong, ice cold hash browns… the only reason I’ll come to this one is because it’s on my way but even then I don’t want to because I know something is always messed up. I remember one time actually going inside and hearing an altercation between an employee and a manager because the employee was ignoring customers at the counter. This location just seems very unorganized and not ran very well at all. Complete opposite of the Largo location on Ulmerton and Seminole Blvd. LOVE going to that one. They’re always on it. I share this review never to bad mouth anyone but to hopefully let the right person or people know this location needs help.

Listen , 5 stars for Jennifer …
It’s so refreshing to come here and be welcomed and asked how I’m doing !
The people who make the food … sometimes don’t make it the best or the coffees
But Jennifer is so kind and the best thing this location did was hiring her ! I live closer to two different locations but I make the drive to come to this location! So thank you for that

Every employee needs to be fired besides the two females that do their job right, this staff is a joke, and the man working the drive through window today on 9/1 is dumber than a post, laziest people I've ever seen.

This is what you call customer service. This Dunkin’ Donuts location is my now go to because of previous bad experiences with Dunkin and I am a Dunkin’ Donuts fan. I’m happy this location exists, and the workers are in it.
