Most combative and unprofessional staff. They spend their afternoons arguing with teenagers from the nearby high school and threatening them. If you have children, I would not advise to go there as staff flirts with underage girls and harass them to buy things or they cannot sit in the establishment. Reached out to corporate and the manager and nothing has been done!!!! There is another Dunkin close by that is fineKid-friendliness: avoid if you have children

Dallas went above and beyond to make my experience a good one. I placed a mobile order and they were out of an item. First gentleman essentially told me tough luck. Dallas came around and found a way to make it better for me. Thank you again.

My daughter and I love frequenting this location! Vanna is usually is there when we come in and she is always on top of everything! We love her personality. If I’ve ever need a correction the staff and management is very accommodating. Thanks for the wonderful service!

I just came through the drive-thru and I was having a horrible morning because I got terrible news AND my husband is leaving for the army in 20 days. I asked nicely what iced latte would they recommend, I have never experienced such great customer service anywhere else I mean everyone was overly nice and wanted to go out of their way to make sure I loved my surprise drink. They truly made my morning. Thank you so much for all of your guy's kindness. Truly.

I always have great experiences at this location! This morning me and my brother came through for coffee and donuts and the man taking our order and cashing me out was so upbeat and friendly and the girl who gave out our drinks was clearly busting her butt running around but was still so nice and engaging. 10/10 dunkie trip!

I used the app for the first time. I thought it worked like McDonald's where you give your order number and that's the end of an interaction. I go in and they say I don't have your order. I give them the address and they say that's this store. I told them ok I'll get out my car and show you the app. I go in wait a while and they see the app and the order. Confirmed I am not lying or trying to get away with anything. This rude employee kept saying well I don't have it with an attitude. Another employee was telling her you make want to quit my job. I am here just quietly spectating this scenario. I was going to show them it came out of my account but the girl asked me what the donuts where which I showed again the app. I show the app again and she hands me one donut and I tell her it's two and show the app again. With an attitude she asked which one and tell the rude employee to hand me the donut. They throw the bag on the counter and the employee screams at me your welcome. I tell her I shouldn't have to thank you since I paid and I had to tolerate this spectacle of attitude from the two of you. Most unprofessional amd childish attitude I've ever seen.Deleting the dunkin app and sticking with publix from now on.

I ordered my drink on the Uber app to be delivered to me at work and it was completely wrong and I could not drink it because it was not even close to the coffee I ordered. I’m very disappointed and do not want to come back because this is not the first time I had a problem with this location. I’ve had bugs in my coffee and I have them a couple changes but will not be returning. Horrible that you can’t get what you ordered. I order a Carmel iced coffee and I got this without the flavor and cream and liquid sugar I paid extra for also.

I ordered a drink but it was a lady who came from the back I guess she was a overnight worker had her personal cup that she scooped in the ice that is used for customers and had a problem when I said I didn't want that ice because she was supposed to used the scooper not put your cup in the ice just nasty never will I return to this location

I walked in... and was immediately noticed by the staff ..."Dunkin" i was quickly greeted ...Great friendly staff ?The environment was spotless...I could eat off the floor..?I ordered the cookie batter cold brew ? It was quite the treat... Someone give Dallas a raise ?⬆️

We got there 1 hour before closing. Floors were mopped and decaf coffee was closed. Workers were rude and treated us like they did not want us there.
