Just left. Wasnât given a receipt. Ordered $30.87 worth of food for myself, my Mother and my daughter. Bagel bites were frozen in the middle. Our two signature pumpkin spice lattes literally tasted like rancid three day old coffee with no pumpkin spice seasoning and whip cream on top. Service was curt. Inflation is horrible. Go to a different location. Donât spend your money here. It wasnât just a mess up. It was literally all disgusting and inedible.

I was greeted by an extremely cute chick with freckles & her presence was so refreshing. She offered me straws & napkins⊠& youâd be surprised how often I NEVER get these at a Dunkin. My kids are messy AF (what kid isnât lol)
Also, I just had the the best tasting chicken croissant EVER. It was SO FRESH. If I had a fresh one like this one I would be here every morning lol.
Hands down the best experience at a Dunkin ever. I think every Dunkin should take notes from this one ?

Said they had cream filled we ordered 2 Then went to window for pick up and gave us the wrong 2 donuts Then said they did not have cream filled AND THEN said could NOT refund bc NO MGR WAS ON SITE SO WE WERE FORCED TO GET 2 DONUTS WE DID NOT EVEN WANT WASTE OF MONEY SO MAD HOW CAN YOU HAVE EMPLOYEES NOT EQUIPPED TO MANAGE ALL TASKS TO SUPPLY CUSTOMERS NEEDS

Drive through person seemed agitated to be working. Failed to put lids securely in drinks, forgot one drink, handed us another person's order. Demeanor was not meant for the service industry. When did we forgot thank you. She needs a different field.
Love this Dunkin. Only Dunkin in the area that makes more than a dozen or two of French Crullers, IOW they are the only ones who usually don't sell out. Staff is always friendly and quick.
Trey made me an iced cappuccino, I get them all the time from dunkins , this one hands down was my favorite ! I asked them to blend it well and itâs never been blended so good. Shout out to Him he took the time to care and did a great job.

Terrible service! I ordered a medium ice vanilla latte with oatmilk and received a large with cows milk. I watched him make it so if you're lactose intolerance this Duncan will poison you.
