I honestly cannot wait for the day people actually do their jobs — not just show up for a paycheck, not just hand out half-effort service because it’s “easier.” This woman has absolutely no business working in customer service, let alone a coffee shop. She belongs at the Dollar Tree — and even they manage to be polite.
I ordered a medium black coffee — not iced, not flavored, just black coffee. Somehow this genius hands me an iced one and then tells me I “didn’t specify.” Excuse me? If you’re that confused, isn’t it literally your job to ask? Common sense — and basic customer service — would tell you that when someone says “black coffee,” it’s hot unless otherwise stated.
I swear, it’s like the bar for effort and professionalism has fallen straight through the floor.

Just left. Wasn’t given a receipt. Ordered $30.87 worth of food for myself, my Mother and my daughter. Bagel bites were frozen in the middle. Our two signature pumpkin spice lattes literally tasted like rancid three day old coffee with no pumpkin spice seasoning and whip cream on top. Service was curt. Inflation is horrible. Go to a different location. Don’t spend your money here. It wasn’t just a mess up. It was literally all disgusting and inedible.

I was greeted by an extremely cute chick with freckles & her presence was so refreshing. She offered me straws & napkins… & you’d be surprised how often I NEVER get these at a Dunkin. My kids are messy AF (what kid isn’t lol)
Also, I just had the the best tasting chicken croissant EVER. It was SO FRESH. If I had a fresh one like this one I would be here every morning lol.
Hands down the best experience at a Dunkin ever. I think every Dunkin should take notes from this one ?

Said they had cream filled we ordered 2 Then went to window for pick up and gave us the wrong 2 donuts Then said they did not have cream filled AND THEN said could NOT refund bc NO MGR WAS ON SITE SO WE WERE FORCED TO GET 2 DONUTS WE DID NOT EVEN WANT WASTE OF MONEY SO MAD HOW CAN YOU HAVE EMPLOYEES NOT EQUIPPED TO MANAGE ALL TASKS TO SUPPLY CUSTOMERS NEEDS
