I placed an order on mobile and changed the location but the app changed it to this location, I was too far away so I called a friend to go get it and it was about 30 minutes after I ordered. They told her they didn’t have the order but yet I was charged and when I tried to call their phone gives a message to call later. They didn’t even try to find the order number or anything but my app order has their address

The absolute best customer service. The night shift staff is always polite and friendly providing fast efficient service with contagious smiles. I've recently switched back to Dunkin in the last few months and this location made me fall back in love with Dunkin Donuts. The best coffee shop in the neighborhood for sure.
Very dissapointed at the service provided. We went through the drive-thru tonight (a Saturday) at 8:15pm....45min before they close. We asked for two shakes and the gentleman working said he already started cleaning the containers so we wouldn't be able to order any blended drinks. I understand if it was 10 minutes before closing, but 45min prior, on a Saturday, is a bit ridiculous. Needless to say we ended up going elsewhere.

They NEVER get it right. The ice tea machine definitely needs cleaning. They have no idea the difference between unsweetened & sweetened or they just only have one kind. It’s only ice tea. Needless to say I started making it myself. Sad because if done right their ice tea is good. Sorry guys you said you would rather the review than the $1 or $2 tip I give You should have stuck with the tip I give every day.

This is the worst Dunking I have had the displeasure of going to. The staff is rude slovenly. Do not understand how to do their job no do they care. This is a reflection of the management on down. I am so disgusted with that establishment. Never will I go back. Especially when we saw roaches in their ice cream gross ?
This Dunkin is always functioning pretty good. It's Dunkin not much to say. Always good.

We went about 10:30am.My everything bagel with cream cheese was very good. Wife had a Boston Cream which was also very good.Ice tea and vanilla latte were both great!Staff was friendly. Place was clean!Would definitely return!
So, I went today on Veterans day to get a doughnut and the 2 ladies were horrible. What customer service? I shall never return. On the bright side, the doughnut was fresh and tasted great. Hence the 3 stars I gave and it could have been 5 if the service was good.

Recently just came from this location for a drive thru pick up order around 12:40. Whoever the lady was that handed me my coffee and food was extremely rude. I will not be back at this location. If you dont like your job how about getting yourself together and find a better one. You lack human decency and its pathetic.
