I have been coming here for 3 years every morning and 50% of the time they get my coffee wrong! I give them the amount of sugar and cream every single time and they managed to screw it up. I travel an hour to work everyday and it is the only dunkin' donuts on my route to my destination. I have went back in and complained many times and went out of my way to another Dunkin donuts I just don't understand what's so hard.

I just saw the most amazing thing! A crew member put a cup under a cold brew tap and pulled down the handle. Cold brew coffee began pouring into the cup. Then she walked away to do something else. Another crew member finished handing an order out the window, turned around, and walked right up to the cold brew bar. The cup was about 80% full. He stirred the ice in the cup as it filled to the brim and turned off the tap at the right moment. It all happened so smoothly, it was like the team could read each other's thoughts. I am very impressed!

The window attendant made me wait 10 minutes at the window, then Instructed me to wait curbside. Nobody was in the line. After 10 minutes and making a truck driver angry for waiting in the pickup zone, so he had to go around me, I was going inside to inquire my order. The window attendant cursed me out for coming up to the front door. Almost late for work. No wonder it’s not busy there. Is this anyway to treat a customer?

Worst bagels I ever got. They must have been at least 2 days old. He also didn't have any original cream cheese. Pierce to me to be a company that's about to go out of business. Wait staff was terrible. Maybe it was my mistake I expected them to have bagels and all the things that go normally with Dunkin. Won't visit that place again

The pumpkin ? muffins are the best item! They taste fresh everytime and are not laden with too much icing either! We love this location due to the smiling faces of Dani, Ashley, Sammy, Jakob and others who name(s) are escaping me. Very clean new store and friendly staff.
