Never have donuts seems like. Today at 10am did not have any of you classic go to donuts. Staff arent very friendly. Years ago this was a good location now it just sucks

I waited in line in the drive thru for 30mins when I finally get to the window they tried to hand me the wrong order. They couldn't find my order, so they re ring it, give me my receipt and park me. I sit parked for another 15mins and finally decide to go in. They hadn't even started my order and claim no ONE KNEW I WAS OUT THERE WHEN I JUST SAW THEM AND PAID AT THE DRIVE THRU WINDOW. They finally make my order didn't offer an apology or maybe give my money back for the HOUR WAIT, Nothing at all. Worst Dunkin I have EVER been to. I don't care if I have to go out of my way to avoid that one I will. HORRIBLE PLACE HORRIBLE SERVICE. I think one star is too much but no stars is not an option!
I stopped by my job just to show my daughter where I worked, and it dawned on me..... I promised her we'd get pumpkin donuts! We sat in the car & devoured 3 a piece with Zephyrhills spring water. The Staff, @ Dunkin, are Sweet & Thoughtful! Planning to return for additional Sweetness!!???

This is certainly not the shining star of Dunkin franchises. This Dunkin is very dirty, both in the customer side and in the staff side. There was trash and spills all over the counters and workspaces. None of the workers were wearing uniforms. The service, or more precisely, lack of service, was horrible. The store was not busy by any means, 3 cars in drive thru, and no other customers in the store. The employees were too busy talking about their personal issues and never acknowledged me. I stood there for over 5 minutes before I spoke up and asked for service, and I was greeted with attitude. The only reason I can imagine for the above issues is that the store must have been robbed, and the robbers were pretending to be employees.

The customer service is amazing. Will never go to the other dunkin off east bay. I should of gotten the man's name but he had tattoos and was so kind and made my experience great. Appreciate customer service over everything!!!
