I went to this Dunkin in the hospital, I ordered a strawberry Dunkin refresher it tasted like syrup. I went back and there was a line of customers and no one to be found working. The lady came back from her break and agreed to switch our drink free of charge for a lemonade and handed us the same drink… Same syrupy refresher. Worst Dunkin ever,

The girl that worked this even is extremely rude and inconsiderate. I waited for 10 minutes in line, when she finished with the girl ahead of me, she told me she was closed. There was no one behind me and all I wanted was a Gatorade. Her additude towards customers is completely uncalled for.

Our whole floor placed an order and every single item was terrible. The iced tea is always spoiled. The coffee tasted like the creamer went bad and the food was all burnt. Some of the workers are nice, that’s the only good thing I can say about this location.
