Terrible Catering company! He will only take your order if you spend a lot of money.The website said you could make changes 24 hours in advance. When I didn't need as much food as I originally thought he canceled on me! His customer service practices will send this business down the drain! I also just heard from a friend that the food was low quality!! Beware if you think about ordering food from this company!

Exec Chef did not disappoint! We had a small wedding group on the books and had a last minute change two days before our scheduled catering which forced us to change dates due to inclement weather. (Our wedding was scheduled to take place outside). I was a complete mess and very stressed but Pat and Melody were quick to respond with a solution that alleviated our dilemma. Even though they were extremely busy they agreed to switch days last minute. And the food.. when I tell you this food was not your run of the mill, fly by night, I mean it. It was prepared with attention to detail. This wasn’t just cheap barbecue everyone serves at their wedding to save time and money. This food was literally 5 stars, we were blown away! It was high end and the customer service was excellent. You won’t regret doing business with Exec Chef. The only downfall is we live states away and cannot enjoy their food on a weekly basis. Thank you Exec Chef for making our wedding supper dream come true!

Had a great experience with exec chef!! I'm sad to say I have no photos of the food... the photographers were too busy eating!But I used exec chef for my wedding because Tampa Bay yacht charters recommended it. We ordered the sliders, crab cakes, stuffed mushrooms, salmon zucchini rolls, Buffalo chicken bites, and brownie bites. Everything was delicious! The pulled pork sliders were gone before I even had a chance. Working with him was very easy and there were no flaws in communication, delivery and set up. I went apesh*t on the fudgey Brownies. If im in key largo ill ask for more lol. Even the fruit was fresh and sweet (no bitter canteloupes!). I am SO pleased with execchef! And so glad they came recommended!

After covid hit, they threatened to raise their prices even after we signed a contract and paid the down payment based on our agreed upon price. Due to Melody’s lack of communication leading up to our wedding day, we decided to go with a different catering company. When we talked to Melody about getting our deposit back, she said it would be hard to return our $500 deposit because they had already spent it on an event other than ours... PLEASE do yourself a favor and safe yourself the stress of going with Execchef. It is well worth spending the extra money to go with a professional catering company who you can trust for your wedding day and any event for that matter. Orange Blossom catering was not only very professional and easy to work with, but they were also willing to beat Execchef Catering’s pricing and cater our wedding with only a few weeks notice.

DO NOT USE! They completely STOLE $500 from us without providing any food or service! We made the deposit with ExecChef before our wedding and had to reschedule due to COVID-19. We even agreed to their lame excuse that they needed to hold our deposit and raise their prices, without telling us what these new prices would be. It wasn't until we left our first bad review that they contacted us back begging us to take it down so they wouldn't lose business. We finally heard back with personal excuses, and requested for a new quote with the updated pricing (a month before the wedding). After we received that quote, we asked for changes to be made and for them to resend it with those changes for us to confirm. AGAIN, another 3 weeks went by and we didn't hear back after many calls and emails, and then threats of legal action. We tried to work with them a second time and ExecChef failed to communicate, with money in hand and a wedding days away. We told them that due to their poor communication close to the date, we had no choice but to beg another caterer to fill in. Originally, they agreed to allow the deposit to be used as a credit before the end of the year, which then we decided to ask for a rehearsal dinner. Yet again, they stopped responding. On the phone, Melody said she agreed that she should return our deposit and would talk with her "business partner" to get his permission. That was a month ago, as they are ghosting us again. If you want to play Russian Roulette with your wedding day and hard earned money, go for it, but these people lie, cheat, steal and don't respond! My wife and I leave this review in hopes that another happy couple wouldn't have to go through what we have and that MELODY from EXECCHEF CATERING would do the right thing. STAY FAR AWAY from this company!!! Unless you want to have to find another caterer 2 weeks before your wedding and lose the $500 deposit that was paid almost a year in advance! These people totally flaked out on my sister and brother-in-law’s wedding a few weeks before their big day!This company ghosted my sister for weeks at a time and wouldn’t return phone calls or emails and forced my sister to have to find another caterer a few weeks before the wedding (thank you orange blossom for saving the mess that exec chef made, and beating their prices.Since the wedding my sister has yet to still hear back from exec chef and has lost their $500. Legal action will be put into place by the new year. Weddings are expensive enough and idk who has an extra $500 to be flushed down the drain when they are paying for a wedding! This is an absolute outrage! Poor business skills and very unprofessional.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! They should be shut down, and I’ll be reporting to the Better business bureau regarding this matter.

If you actually want a caterer that will cater your event after you pay the deposit then keep on looking because this place will never actually go through with your event!!! They don't respond to emails or phone calls and ghosted my sister until 2 weeks before her wedding she had to find another caterer because this place dropped off the face of the earth! They stole the deposit of $500 and never did the service that was paid for! We understand things happen and that's a shame but an even bigger shame is to not repay the deposit back to your customers! The last thing my sister heard was them telling her they can't repay the deposit because they had spent it on another event for someone else!!!
