Previous visits in ky great. This location needs better management. Front desk very friendly, server busy but making an effort to be friendly. Took really long for food to come out cold, obviously sitting there for a while before runners took it out. Some food had to go back, again long wait. Spoke to server (felt bad for him) since was at the mercy of a poorly run kitchen with poor coordination w runners.table of 5.

People were great but my husband's food was a disappointment. His eggs Benedict was over cooked (supposed to be pouched, were hard cooked) and his potatoes were under cooked. And the meal was expensive. Twice the amount of the other brkf we've had since we've arrived.

I have never felt as good at a Firstwatch as I have at this location, the best service and the best food in all of Florida, 100% recommended, and if you are fortunate enough to come to this place I recommend Michael as a server, very attentive, excellent service and communication, thank you very much MICHAEL!!!!

Very good, I got the eggs, bacon and pancake. The server suggested the pancake with bananas and granola. It was excellent. Coffee was great too. Will go back again.

AWFUL EXPERIENCE!!!Giving One Star because there's not an option to provide a ZERO.Walked in and was sat at a table. Waited 5 mins and started noticing that NO ONE had come over to wait on us. Saw a couple of individuals dressed with black shirts and they saw me too and still no waiter/waitress approached me to even ask if I was already tended to.I have been another location and the experience was excellent, therefore it strikes as a surprise that this location was going the extra mile for all of the other customers BUT me.FYI: I've worked in customer service for years, which makes my expectations flexible and understanding, and to still not even do the most basic customer service at a restaurant.... DISSAPOINTING!
