Customer service here has always sucked! I drive from a different city to get this food and always order ahead of time yet the wait is always lengthy and the girl bringing the food is ALWAYS rude!! I will not spend my $ where they could care less! St. Pete has several crab spots that are better in taste and price. Gentleman that usually answers the phone isn’t much different in terms of his customer service where he will take your order and slam the phone down and has never once said thank you. Your business fails when you don’t care about the customers who choose to spend their $ with you and have referred you previously to others. We are not desperate but we are in desperate times…all the more reason to appreciate people in general! I’ve forgiven the rudeness way too long! Bye!

The lady that picks up the phone have a very nasty attitude. I asked if they took Apple Pay and she said “No” with the most nastiest attitude rolling her eyes . I came here last time and paid Apple Pay . Will never come back here again . If I could give it a 0 star I would

Grants has always been my go to for some good seafood but I just can’t get over the lady that answers the phones attitude! They wouldn’t get a single penny from me anymore! And that young lady needs to learn some Customer Service!!!

Young girl working curbside. Looked stressed and overworked. No customer service. Placed 2 orders, cash and card. She did not bring change for the cash purchase. Asked about the change, said she forgot. Ok, I said keep the change. Knocked on door to request receipts for both purchases. Man brought receipts and change. Told him to keep the change. HE THREW THE CHANGE ON THE GROUND and closed the door. Haven't eaten food yet. Regardless of how it tastes, 1st and last time going there. He must be very full of himself to have the audacity. I wonder if he would have done that to a customer of a different ethnicity? He is blessed that I am of the type to laugh at the ignorance and drive away.

I’m trying my hardest to support black owned businesses but I can’t no more. I told the owner my food wasn’t right and she did was explained her daily routine. She never once tried to fix it. They really have lost a customer and to be honest the food is hit or miss and today was the final straw because it was a miss. I got to warm up my cold food I just purchased for 25$. This place sucks with them small blue crabs 🦀.
