Grants has always been my go to for some good seafood but I just can’t get over the lady that answers the phones attitude! They wouldn’t get a single penny from me anymore! And that young lady needs to learn some Customer Service!!!

Young girl working curbside. Looked stressed and overworked. No customer service. Placed 2 orders, cash and card. She did not bring change for the cash purchase. Asked about the change, said she forgot. Ok, I said keep the change. Knocked on door to request receipts for both purchases. Man brought receipts and change. Told him to keep the change. HE THREW THE CHANGE ON THE GROUND and closed the door. Haven't eaten food yet. Regardless of how it tastes, 1st and last time going there. He must be very full of himself to have the audacity. I wonder if he would have done that to a customer of a different ethnicity? He is blessed that I am of the type to laugh at the ignorance and drive away.

I’m trying my hardest to support black owned businesses but I can’t no more. I told the owner my food wasn’t right and she did was explained her daily routine. She never once tried to fix it. They really have lost a customer and to be honest the food is hit or miss and today was the final straw because it was a miss. I got to warm up my cold food I just purchased for 25$. This place sucks with them small blue crabs 🦀.

My friends and I were really excited to try this place tonight. We got there and noticed the sign said “curbside only”. Sucks, but okay. Then the waitress came up to the car and was just so rude. Very condescending. She informed us that they’re cash only tonight. Then they ran out of snow crabs. We just left. Too many red flags. We still could’ve ordered but the waitress had way too much attitude for me.
I got a order of snow crab 4 pieces and they order shrimp garlic butter with Old Bay seasoning to the side it was very good highly recommended I will go back and try garlic butter hot next Friday I will leave it follow up

I highly do not recommend them. I ordered a snow crab boil from them and food taste bad, almost had a spoiled taste to it. I messaged them about my issues which they replied. “Sorry to hear that you didn’t enjoy your meal, Kendell” I highly do not recommend them as If you have a problem with order they will apologize and move on, they do not try to make it right. I disputed charge with bank and they got angry and said they would get attorney involved. Fine by me! But please put more energy into improve the quality of food.
