We ate here for dinner with 2 other couples. We ordered appetizers. They did not bring us our guacamole. We had to remind them. The same with napkins. I ordered the new Chili Philly. I was excited because it came with queso on it. The only thing I tasted was GREASE. a bunch of meat slid off. I grabbed my fork and what a mistake! It was chewy. I couldn’t eat it. Thank goodness it came with cold fries. No one at our table was impressed. I’m shocked this place is still open.

I ordered my lunch today (07/13/2023)and I found a HAIR with either DUST or DANDRUFF on the wings. It was soooo disgusting I had to throw away my food obviously and I got sick from my stomach.

Went to this Chilli's for a quick no frills dinner arrived around 6:15 to a less than half full restaurant. We ordered two simple next to impossible to mess up items Order # 3020123. After a 30 minute wait both meals arrived somewhere between room temperature and luke warm, both meals had the appearance of leftovers. We did not eat them and they were taken off the bill. What a huge disappointment and complete waste of time that was. It might explain how a place that used to be packed was half empty.

Very disappointing! Never knew chicken could be so nasty. DRY AND NO FLAVOR! JUST CLOSE UP SHOP CAUSE THIS FOOD WAS NOT OK!
No sauce soooo dry , sold me a soda knowing they had been out of co2 all day . Why would you let me spend $3 more on a combo to get a soda when your out of co2 . Didn’t even notice until I got home . When I called back to complain she laughed and said I was the first person to call back all day . Soo you guys been selling soda with out carbonation all day to your customers ?? I would of had no problem getting a sweet tea but instead had to drink flat Dr Pepper . I’ll never be back

While our service and food were excellent here, we felt as though the staff was just going through the motions. Not much special conversation or interaction. Place is huge and clean. Quick service and excellent kitchen.

I was sad to see the bad reviews, but our experience was good. We ordered delivery, and it only took 25 minutes. We got buffalo, apple bbq, and garlic parm. The buffalo was very saucy and tasty, apple bbq wasn't the best, but not bad at all. Garlic parm was extremely good. Only problem was that the fries were pretty soggy, and that we didn't like the apple bbq compared to the other flavors.
