Everything we have ordered here has been delicious! Service is good but could be friendlier. It amazes me how employees these days just look at you waiting for your order without saying “hello” or “how may I help you”. It is more a comment on the younger generation and not this location, in general. It is always clean and bright with music playing. Has outdoor seating as well.

Amazing! Seniors love this place! Fun And yummy!!! If you love ice cream and Italian ice, you'll be in heaven.

Kid-friendliness: There's a few activities for the kids, coloring books and puzzles and cartoons on the television while they eat there at dessert.

I brought my kids for the first time. I had the Strawberry Shortcake and it's amazing. Friendly staff and clean environment. We will be back.

Lady in store today did not even acknowledge customers ignored people waiting so we walked out.. The lady treated us like we did not even exist. She should be trained to be more courteous.

It’s Friday night, it’s officially hot outside and there’s one person working to serve the 10 people in here. There shouldn’t be one person working on a Friday night.

I’m from Philadelphia, so I’ve always been a Rita’s Water Ice girl, but Jeremiah’s is great!

absolutely abhorrent business, shady management who abuses his workers especially the women (practically exclusively hires only young women and has even hotten into physical altercations with them) everything is overpriced and even though the front is clean the back is disgusting DO NOT

I been here a couple times before but tonight was the worst. I came with someone to grab some ice and noticed one staff member pretty busy, so I let them work what needed to be done and waited. When another group of customers came, the employee acknowledged them by saying welcome to Jeremiah’s and then two young teens went in front asking for samples. That made me shocked because the employee didn’t even acknowledge that I was waiting for them to finish. The adult of the teens noticed and told them to wait their turn once they got their samples. I understand that the employee is young and probably overwhelmed with the work load, so I would hope they get some additional help to become better in the future when I come by again.
