I been here a couple times before but tonight was the worst. I came with someone to grab some ice and noticed one staff member pretty busy, so I let them work what needed to be done and waited. When another group of customers came, the employee acknowledged them by saying welcome to Jeremiah’s and then two young teens went in front asking for samples. That made me shocked because the employee didn’t even acknowledge that I was waiting for them to finish. The adult of the teens noticed and told them to wait their turn once they got their samples. I understand that the employee is young and probably overwhelmed with the work load, so I would hope they get some additional help to become better in the future when I come by again.

I am not a big sweets eater. I rarely eat ice cream, cake or sugar however this ice cream/gelato was worth it. My neighbor/friend took us by Jeremiah's on the way home from a Xmas event for the kids. Everyone said I had to try the ice cream. The sales staff was super nice, offered a sample and I was sold. It tasted like soft serve, homemade ice cream with unique, premium toppings like: sugar cookie, german chocolate cake, peppermint bark and mocha. Whatever you get, it will be good! Huge selection, reasonably priced and delicious.
We were going to Largo Park and decided to stop for ice cream for my godson. He really liked it. The place was clean and the employees were very friendly.

Another great Jeremiah's location! We were so happy to find this location near our hotel in Florida. I decided to make my own. I got chocolate, mint chocolate chip, and sprinkles with vanilla ice cream. It was fantastic. The staff here were great. I would definitely come to this location again.

Had a horrible experience here. After coming inside and the music being so loud, we waited around five minutes before going and knocking on the kitchen door to get some service. The employee came out and literally argued that we can’t come back to the door to get his attention. No apology that he didn’t hear us due to the loud music, no understanding at all…just that we were not to come behind an imaginary line that had no indication that we should not cross it. The franchisee needs to address this with his employees. Horrible way to keep customers!!Kid-friendliness: With the employees attitude, not a kid friendly environment!
