Jersey Mike's Subs

The gentleman and lady working on 11/1/24 around 8pm were AMAZING. They both went above and beyond and were extremely kind. Sandwiches were delicious and A++++ customer service????????

Ordered 3 subs for pickup and order was ready in 15 minutes .
Staff was friendly ! We ordered the Italian ,Chipotle Chicken and Philly Cheesesteak sub. The food tasted okay but for $10+ a sub you would expect a full sub. They did have a giant sub for $18 but I assume the giant is a basically a full size sub. In comparison ,their subs are about 1/2 of a Publix sandwhich (which is approx. the same price ). For the size , not worth the money .
Just for that reason not sure we'll go back but nothing to do with quality of service .
I feel bad leaving a not so great review for an establishment that has good employees because this is no fault of their own . Just an honest review from someone that orders subs several times a week for lunch from multiple different places .

2:10pm Sat, 8/24/24 - EXCELLENT customer service today! All 3 employees went above and beyond for me and my family today to ensure we had the best service. They also handled themselves amazing with a very rude customer. I have never been more proud of someone’s staff so I hope the owner/mgr sees this review. These 3 need a raise, bonus, recognition..something. Great team you’ve got there, we will be back ?

Went here on a Saturday morning 3 weeks ago. All members of the young staff here were the politest and best groomed I've seen at a fast food place in many many moons. Great attitudes. Food was awesome.

I just picked up a large order for a meeting and had excellent service! Marco went above and beyond assisting me to my vehicle and all of the staff were very attentive. My order was in time and I greatly enjoyed the fast and courteous service!

My gluten free sub is always made with care to not cross contaminate! Dayne has great customer service too and makes you feel welcome :)

What a nice manager, he was eager to help, he looked forward to us tasting the sandwich, which was fresh and very good. It was very nice to see, he was proud to be working there and has a wonderful future ahead.

To start, the 1⭐️ on Atmosphere is because I got Uber Eats… So, totally not their fault…
I got 2 of the Club Supremes… It was as good as expected…. Definitely was standardized to other Jersey Mike’s, which I like… When I order from other places, you never know if it’s gonna be the same at a diff location, not here… This location threw it together kinda of sloppily though… No biggie, I just reassembled it… The 4⭐️ on Food was because I ordered 1 of them w/o oil & vinegar, but had both with… I did this because their subs don’t hold up well when you save them for later & they have O&V on them… Their bread is great, unless it’s soggy, which my 2nd one was when I went to eat it later that night… Their 5⭐️on service was totally earned, because on Uber they don’t have an “on the side” option (or a order notes section) & I had to call the location to ask for pepper relish on the side… I do this because the relish is juicy & will make the bread super soggy… But they included 2 containers for each of my subs… I would definitely order from this location again, maybe just not on Uber Eats… The price is premium w/o the extra Uber Eats costs…

First off...does anyone ever read the instructions when a customer orders online anymore? I mean when a customer states that they do not want stuff in their sandwich...that should mean DO NOT PUT IT ON! You can tell that the order that was placed, was not fresh because they just put sandwiches they made prior in the bag and sent them on their way.

whether I'm there for business or I'm there to get a sub for myself I'm always greeted with the greatest hospitality thank you so much for just being a person not many people ask me how my day's been so it's it's nice when someone asks you how your day has been! absolutely your way better than Publix!

Good sub, only have Pepsi products to drink, I opted for u sweetened iced tea.

If I could give more than 5 stars for service, I would. I placed and online delivery ordered, it ended up going to the wrong place. I called Jersey Mike’s and I spoke with the general manager, Dayne, he was so kind. He had it remade immediately and personally dropped it off to my job for me. This is one of the many reasons why I love JM, they go above and beyond for their customers!!! Thank you again Dayne.

One of the most cleanest sub shops in largo amazing staff! very polite! Better than Firehouse subs that's for sure!! Hands down best cheese steak around! Julia made my sub to perfection! ? Definitely recommend to family and friends!!!
