I ordered one of the gluten free pizzas via Uber Eats. I received a different pizza than ordered. When I called a worked knew right away what was wrong. Then Gavin, the general manager, got on the phone and couldn’t find my order for a while…weird. Eventually he found it but didn’t apologize and said he could do nothing to make the situation right even though it was the store’s fault. He said it was the busiest night of the year, which I understand, but I am also a paying customer.
Everything is fine if you don’t talk to Gavin.

You remember the ppl that bust their butts to take care of others.
Duuuude, last night, post Milton non-sense. They had lines out their door and they took care of everyone! I’m talking orders out in 15 minutes or less. Patient staff helping everyone get tasty, warm food. Hungry stressed customers are not easy to deal with and they handled it well.
I’ve seen competitors fail miserably during a normal Friday night, this place rocked in rough circumstances. Keep up the good work, we will be back, others should too.

That corner pizza ‼️ Their deep dish is amazeballs ? Chewy cheesy corners, perfectly charred cupped pepperoni, obviously high quality cheese - lots of it too, just the right amount of tangy tasty sauce and the dough is so light ? Our new go to pizza spot!

so I ordered a large thin crust with cheese only and a large Chicago style peperoni. First order I recieved a thin crust peperoni and a Chicago style peperoni. I call and explain the situation and they instantly remade my order. Another 45 mins later I recieved my replacement pizza and it looked like this. See attached picture. On top of that I also tipped the driver for the extra trip out even though it was there mistake. Highly disappointment in my experience with this jets. The one in clearwater is far superior.
I ordered the Chicago pizza for the first time and it was delivered perfect and tasted amazing.

Ordered pizza online at 3:30 for4:15 pick up. When I got there at 4:20 I was told it would be 4 or 5 minutes for my 3 pizza $52 order.after 10 minutes I asked about my order I didn't like the response I got of course no apology of anything so I got a refund. Theirs no excuse for bad service. I'm so tired of business setting up systems that don't work and why do they need your phone number if they don't use it.
