I really like Jet’s thin crust pizza. The location that I visited in Saint Petersburg, Florida offered me a two-three dollars off coupon since I ordered two pizzas, and that was super nice! The pizzas were spot-on: crispy, toasty, and with perfectly-placed toppings. Absolutely terrific!

Great customer service, solid food. Ordered a 4 corner pizza and Greek salad, along with ranch. *I have a ranch FREAK of a 1 year old (her fav “special” treat)* Salad arrived wrong, no dressing no ranch
Called and they sent out a new salad along with the ranch and dressing, with an extra ranch. :)

I have ordered delivery here many times …. The pizza is good and the driver is excellent. The last order I placed no one told me it was coming DoorDash…if I was told that 2 things would have happened differently…. Most likely I would have chosen not to order but if I chose to continue I would have added the tip to the transaction instead of tipping cash to the driver as I have in the past.( he is always great full and so very pleasant). DoorDash has proven to me to be unreliable. After the dash diver called me which is when I leaned this is how the delivery was being made I tried to answer and no response. I tried to return the call but no response. Now the worst part, I called the store and of course I am not happy . But in the middle of the conversation the lady on the phone said wow and belittle me to someone there, I am not to blame for The poor service… if you cannot make the delivery just say so and then I can choose differently. Don’t tell me one thing, then do something different, then blame me when your method fails. This is simple, if you say your guys are delivering then do it that way…. If you choose to use a service then just be honest… if you would have we all would have been satisfied.

I ordered one of the gluten free pizzas via Uber Eats. I received a different pizza than ordered. When I called a worked knew right away what was wrong. Then Gavin, the general manager, got on the phone and couldn’t find my order for a while…weird. Eventually he found it but didn’t apologize and said he could do nothing to make the situation right even though it was the store’s fault. He said it was the busiest night of the year, which I understand, but I am also a paying customer.
Everything is fine if you don’t talk to Gavin.

You remember the ppl that bust their butts to take care of others.
Duuuude, last night, post Milton non-sense. They had lines out their door and they took care of everyone! I’m talking orders out in 15 minutes or less. Patient staff helping everyone get tasty, warm food. Hungry stressed customers are not easy to deal with and they handled it well.
I’ve seen competitors fail miserably during a normal Friday night, this place rocked in rough circumstances. Keep up the good work, we will be back, others should too.
