We love Jimmy John's. As a vegetarian, it's hard to find a good sub. They've great here. Clean and fresh ingredients. Only thing that bothers me is they've added a $2 delivery fee. If it went to the drivers, I'd be ok with it. It doesn't. So, I still tip, they use they're cars and gas, but why add a delivery fee?

This place never has enough drivers and the people on the phone are awful no customer service. I placed my order 1 hour before my lunch break and never came on time. It was passed my lunch and still not here called jimmy john twice and first time was told they just left cause they are short of drivers and second time it was 10 mins later and still not here so i cancelled my order and did not even get an apology. DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL AT LEAST NOT THIS LOCATION IN LARGO MALL.....THEY DO NOT DESERVE A STAR BUT HAD TO PUT IT IN THERE TO POST....

Wasn't greeted at the door. Started saying what I wanted, and this chick was just looking at me with a blank stare like I was stupid. Totally baffled I forgot to order mustard and peppers for my husbands sandwich. When I asked her attitude was like I was d*** for not saying when I ordered. So I didn't bother asking her for the mustard. Just asked the guy when he handed me my order. This is how she's representing your store 👎 It wasn't even busy. I'll never come back.

They called me back 25 minutes after I made an order, to let me know that their driver was turning around and I am outside of their delivery zone. I'm 3 miles away, on the same road as them.
Super fast. Super good. Friendly ...and courteous employees serving up excellent sammiches. Always get a pickle.

My food is currently over 30 minutes late to be delivered. I will not order from her again. This is ridiculous.I ordered 45 minutes BEFORE my delivery time and to be so late? No sandwich takes that long to make.

Great place! They have really awesome sandwiches here and I highly recommend it because they are very tasty, they also sell chips like subway, I suggest the jalapeno chips and theh have very good soda and they also have tea here too so stop by for deliciousness!
