This is the closest KFC to me, but sometimes going to another one takes less time. Employees are awesome, place is clean, but I generally have to wait an hour past when the order was submitted and have multiple substitute items due to things frozen, or not available. I don't mind it if I am in no rush, and sometimes the substitute items are good

I went through drive-thru, so atmosphere, I cannot comment. Unfortunately the food wasn't very good. Both chicken and Cole slaw lacked taste, chicken was soggy and super bony...just not very good, especially for $30.

We ordered two buckets for a family gathering. We planned dinner around the expected delivery time. We never received it though we were charged for it and also changed delivery fees and a $10 tip. We tried to call kfc to resolve it. After being on hold for an hour during our dinner with family, we were told that we would get a refund but it would be awhile. What does that even mean? I’d recommend Chik fil A or Canes instead. Avoid kfc!

Good service. It's just KFC chicken has gone down hill. The prices are high to me. The quality isn't there like it used to be. I was standing at the counter waimy turn and one of the workers were standing back by the food station and playing with his phone. Not a good thing for customers to see.

New chicken nuggets are burnt and horrible. Not a replacement for popcorn chicken. They are tiny as well. If you only went for the popcorn chicken then find a new place to go. Done with KFC.

The store post to be open until 10 pm they closed at 9…. Cancelled are ordered after waiting 30 minutes! They just don’t care…. I hope the owner will see this review because this is not the first time it happened!!!!

My order was taken at 6:09 p.m. I didn't get my order in until 6:51 p.m. then when I got home my order was still wrong. I called the store so we could maybe work this out, and all I got was what I don't remember making that order. Needless to say corporate was called

It's dirty and shows signs of disrepair. I waited over 30mins on fries and when I asked why it was taking so long the manager got rude with me. She said it's just 2 of us in here while there was 4 employees clearly in sight.
Amazing service! The chicken was hot, but the chicken was really small. Was disappointed. I bought the largest bucket. Came home with our Company waiting for dinner. We all were surprised at how small the pieces were. I decided not to eat the chicken so others will be able to. I made an excuse. So, after they left. I made myself a sandwich. For the price I paid should have been enough for us all.

This place needs some attention very quickly. Waited forever a drive thru to order, then waited forever in the parking lot for 1 pot pie meal. The young lady who took the order seemed to be the only one working, her name is Naomi. There was another employee standing outside holding up the building on his phone while no less than 5 cars were waiting for orders. Very surprised corp doesn't check on their franchisees.

This location could mess up a wet dream. Countless times I’ve gone while their sign says open and been told they were “closed” if lo and behold they actually take your order there’s about a 20% chance it’ll be right or even edible. Avoid this one and go somewhere else

Never again. Based on prior visits I was not expecting much. Just now....6:00 - 6:30 Friday Jan 13th 2023. Inexcusable language & behavior swearing obscenities at each other. Walking in....gross... someone wiped the tables with a nasty greasy rag....made it worse. Nasty. Whole place....nasty. No where close to sanitary. I could go on...but why? It's KFC and corporate owner is Pepsi Co. I will just never come back. Not listening to bickering employees shouting obscenities. Nor do I want to stand in line for an extra 3 minutes while some idiot can't understand...no green beans. But why don't you have green beans? You use to have green beans, I really wanted green beans, Hey...let's just forget the green beans buddy. They don't have them The end. There are 4 others behind you that don't give a crap about your green beans. KFC hasn't had green beans in over a year...let's move along with your order...then the rest of us can eat.
