Kim's Family Restaurant

My wife really enjoyed the Southern Slam and calling upon her Western PA roots proclaimed the biscuit gravy as the best she's ever had. My own Greek-inspired omelette's feta cheese was very fresh, creamy, and not overly salted; the star of the plate. Warm, nicely decorated, and friendly atmosphere with top-level service that checked in often. Nice Sunday Morning stop; glad we found it and will keep in mind.

I have eaten at Kims literally over 100 times, they have the friendliest family of staff, and great food at a great price, I highly recommend!

I like kims. It's a place of friends, good meals, and comforting. To set down with a cup of coffee and look around at laughter and smiles is simply the best way to start your day. And though Kim doesn't talk about it, she has a big heart and truly loves all her dinners. It doesn't matter if your new or a regular. she really does care. Kim's will always be my place.

As a former cafe owner, I've never written a bad review until now and I regret the bad report. We tried Kim's for lunch because of the positive reviews, but we won't be returning. Maybe we caught them after a rush and lunch might not be their strong suit. When we arrived, the owner sat us but did not give us menus, and after five minutes, I had to get up and ask for them. The ladies room was filthy. Our waitress said she was new and stressed out. She advised not to order a Greek salad as it would take too long to prepare. The whole vibe was wrong and the place seems dirty overall. Example: they brought a dirty/greasy plastic salad dressing container out from the kitchen for my side salad. My companion had beef stew that was too thick with corn starch. I was sorry/embarrassed that I had suggested the four of us try it.

I have passed Kim's Family Restaurant many many times but had never checked it out. The outside of the building looks like it has been under construction for years. Which it has. After 5 years, the construction company is still working on it, but that is outside of Kim's control. The interior of the restaurant is very nice. There are teapots on shelfs decorated in the larger dining area, and in the entrance is a counter area or plenty of tables to sit. The breakfast, which I love, is made to order. I have been getting the 3 eggs, bacon, and home fries for just over $8 dollars. The home fries are not your store bought, and they cook it, I suspect someone in the back peels the potatoes, slices them, and they are cooked like scallop style. Just like my mom or grandma made them. I love em. I would say the breakfast is filling and takes care of my hunger. The breakfast to me is like I had at home in my younger years. Forgot about the outside, go inside, and give Kim's a try. Good food and great service. I have been here 3 times, and the breakfast is consistent. All very good.

Just received my second delivery, the food is great and came quickly. Denise delivered my food, smiled introduced herself and is as cheerful as can be, great way to start my work day. Thanks Denise, keep smiling, it matters!!

Kim's is a great place with a friendly owner and friendly staff. We often go there with a fairly large group (approx 15 people) and they are always happy to accommodate us!

Had a delicious breakfast at this friendly breakfast spot. The eggs were made to order. The bacon extra crispy which is what I requested. The French toast with canned apples was tasty as well as the pancakes. Service is always amazing and prices are very reasonable. It is a great small business to support.

Eat there, first time eating Korean.
And frankly very heavy!!! R.A.S.!!!
Varied dish all types of meat, vegetarian and halal.
All type of flavor also in their dish and the servers very welcoming.
