3rd time picking up food from this location and as always it was great. Clean, quick and delicious food is hard to beat. Servings are generous and the prices are fair. Will definitely keep coming back.
Delivering UberEats and I usually don’t mind it from here but today the woman working the counter was rude, pointed to the bag and said “that one” and walked away. The order had extra sides of sauce and they were just tossed into the bag and ultimately broke open all over my car and I had to clean the customers order and take the blame for a sloppy mistake on part of the restaurant. Cost me time, money, and a good towel.

Kogi Grill has always been one of mine and my best friends favorite spots. The chicken bowl and salmon bowl are our go-to orders — the flavor is amazing, the sauce is delicious, and the rice is always cooked perfectly. We truly love the food here.
However, I’ve recently had a disappointing experience with a new front register employee. Before she joined the team, we never had any issues, but her attitude has felt unfriendly and unwelcoming. She doesn’t greet us warmly, and the difference in how she treated other customers compared to us was noticeable and uncomfortable.
We also recently visited and we found a hair in our food. When we let her know, she didn’t offer any solution or apology instead just stared at us, which made the situation even more frustrating. I’ve talked with friends who’ve visited, and they mentioned having similar experiences with the same employee.
Aside from that customer service issue, the food itself is great, and that’s what keeps us coming back. I hope management addresses the service concerns, because the quality of the food truly deserves a better experience at the front!

This was our first time trying Korean BBQ, so I can’t speak to how authentic it is, but I can say it was absolutely fantastic. We ordered the bulgogi and the spicy pork, and both were epic.
The portion sizes were no joke. We all ordered the regular size (whatever the step below large was), and it was still more food than any of us could finish. Everything was fresh, hot, and full of flavor.
Service was great too — fast, friendly, and attentive.
All around, it was an awesome first experience with Korean BBQ. We left full, impressed, and already planning to come back next time we are in the area.

The is restaurant gave my girlfriend and I food poisoning. I vomiting and having diarrhea for over 12 hours. We order a beef bowl and 2 chicken taco. It was our first time. Avoid at all cost.

The egg roll is different and Kim's like it has rice in it, normally I don't eat rice rolled up in anything BUT baby let me tell you... so good! The 3 meat bowl and beef cheese eggroll was great! It’s a casual spot in a great location and the food is delicious! Portions are huge! Yum yum sauce is incredible also! Order at the counter they bring it, self serve drink station. Clean. Only about 6-7 tables. Hole in the wall TREASURE ♥️🙌🏼
