The stuffed crust pepperoni is always good. However, the service tonight was absolutely horrible at their location on Keene Road and East Bay in Largo, Florida. I went inside to pick up my order, asked about it and was told it was not ready. I received an email saying it was ready. I asked again and was told it was still not ready and the emails don’t correspond to the actual delivery time …the server then brings out what was supposed to be my order but was someone else’s order and I could see that my order was already sitting in the bin, warming up ready to go for the last five minutes. He then looked in the warming bin and saw it was my order and handed it to me….

Ordered online. Pizza was missing sauce and ordered topping. Little pizza cups, ordered cheese, got pepperoni. Dry and seemed to have been sitting quite awhile. Over cooked. A bad experience and my boyfriend had to make another trip there to get right order. Very disappointing!!!

the worst pizza chain compared to Pizza Hut & Dominoes, etc. I will delete their app & never order from them again. Always a problem the 2 time i visited. 1st time, ordered 1/2 hr earlier, went to the drive through, nobody answered, honk my horn for 5 minutes, nobody came to the window; i had to call the store 2x ,he finally answered, then the 2 of them came from the back, my pizza was not ready, had to wait 10-15 minutes again. 2nd time today, their app has a big glitch, 1/2 hr later , they still did not have my order, it finally came u while i am talking , so i had to wait another 10-15 minute, their app will trick you not to use their deal, & wont give us what we ordered.
Disgusting dirty building on the outside. Weeds growing 2 feet tall all around. Needs landscaping and a power wash bad! Garbage stacked in back of the building. Rude employees and manager that got mad when asked to refund my money. Food is just okay, nothing special. Avoid this place.

I’d give zero stars if possible. Drove up to the window on Thursday, August 21 at 6:08 pm and the employee came to the window with a frown on his face like it was a bother. I asked for a hot n ready pizza and he said they didn’t have any in a rude tone. There were at least two employees inside and no customers inside so why don’t they have pizzas ready for pickup during peak hours? Do they not understand what “ready” means? They need better employees imo. This guy was a middle aged bald guy. If you hate your job quit!

If you are paying half and half with card and cash, expect to be screwed over. It took the guy at the counter around 10 minutes just to get the money right. Then, after taking more money than supposed too he gave me back more money than they owed. This establishment has gone down hill extremely fast and this isn't the first time within the last 3 months they have been messing up orders. I have eaten little ceasers with my family since 2012 and it's never been like this. It's seriously disappointing
