Found this hidden gem today while having a hard time deciding on what to get for lunch. They have high-protein, low-calorie options and desert-like selection. I got one of the protein waffles and an energy "refresher". Everything tasted great and I was satisfied with my lunch. As someone who tracks macros and is mindful of my food choices, I'm glad to have found Livin' It Up Nutrition :)

Amazing atmosphere, Service on point and food is excellent! Amanda (shop owner) hard worker and is doing an amazing job making fun foods for kids and adults. Protein pizza is personally my favorite, they also have lots of different protein shakes flavors. And heck they even got protein donuts! Absolutely delicious!!!!! Definitely worth coming!

The energy drinks tastes just like g fuel. Made from artifical flavors and artifical sweeter... If you're gonna charge 10 dollars per cup, have the decency to use real fruits... These cheap powder mix have no nutritional value and are bad for you!
