Garbage Pizza and they will mess up your order every single time

Closed. I tried to call recording said they were closed. I drove there to find out it is in fact closed. No sign stating whether temporarily or permanently, just not open.
Absolutely the best pizza anywhere in the Clearwater / Largo area, probably all of Florida. The staff is always awesome too. They're friendly and professional. I literally won't order pizza from anywhere else. ššš½

Manager Tiffany one of the worse they donāt use gloves because they believe the oven will kill germs. They donāt use hairnets so you might have hair in your pizza management is the worst. The place is dirty. Do yourself a favor get Papa Johnās.toxic environment
Jake, the manager will make sure your experience exceeds your expectations, and the food is so good. Tuesdays offer buy 1 get 1 free, which is great!

Tasted so amazing. I really loved it. Delicious crust, sauce and cheese and toppings. Couldn't ask for a better pizza. There weren't very many tables to sit at inside but I think they focus more on Togo. We still ate inside and it was fun. Friendly service too

Ordered ahead at 6 pm for an 8 pm delivery. App, which is horrrrrrible, said order was delivered at 7:58 and confirmed for my 8 pm delivery. Food no where to be found, called driver 5 times, texted 4, just kept going to vm. Called Marcos directly, voiced my displeasure without using any aggressive, vulgar, or demeaning words, and was told if I wanted the order again, it would take 35 more minutes. The manager, Tiffany, offered to refund or remake which is fine unless you order 2 hrs ahead and have company at your house waiting, and the second you are upset halts the conversation and says the conversation was degrading, when nothing derogatory words were said just because we were not happy with the outcome! We chose refund because of her response which was unprofessional and more degrading than our call in. Will NEVER-order from this location again and Tiffany is not a good manager at all. I am a director of a marketing agency, would never hire Tiffany based upon this interaction, and expect to see this review on other platforms.
* Update: provided details on the link I was asked to provide on from response below on Wednesday. The original order was Tuesday, I followed up on Wednesday and again today. I still have not been refunded, no one has contacted me, and this experience has been completely inconsiderate and unprofessional! I basically received a response from a marketing person but the company itself does not care. This is how your business operates?? Absolutely horrible!

We liked our dinner! 2 large pizzas, BBQ wings. Only thing was, very weird sizes of slices cut for each pizza. Tiny ones, huge ones, very random but taste and texture were perfect. Also, topping distribution was good š Wings a bit small for the price but delicious. Will order again!

I recently came to love Marcoās pizza and order almost every week. Today I was ordering for the doctorās office I work for and ordered a whole hour ahead of time online with a pickup time of 12:15pm. I get there at 12:14 and I walk in and the young girl acknowledges me as sheāll be right with me but after waiting almost ten minutes I couldnāt wait any longer and said āI already ordered online, Iām just picking upā she then comes to the register and asks my name and apologizes stating the pizzas were NOT READY and she will bring them out to my car when their done. Sad thing is this poor young girl was working by herself! And to note this young girl was working VERY VERY HARD!!! Itās 12:40pm and I am now leaving with my pizzas. I told her I was sorry she was working so hard, alone and in heat and that she deserved a raise but to also reevaluate working somewhere that does not support or believe in teamwork. Come on Marcos, yāall can do better for your hard working employees.

This was my 1st visit to Marco's. It won't be my last. I was welcomed by Jake, who was an absolute pleasure. Jake helped me with my selection and informed me about the fresh products, even the crust is freshly made.
The pizza is amazing! And I'm getting ready to try the pizza bread, which is available for a limited time.
Jake led me down the right path. Thank you Jake!!

The lady with brown hair and cross and other chains was so nice up front! She was respectful and so helpful. She was able to troubleshoot and correct an issue that 3 other marcoās locations couldnāt fix. The e-gift card wasnt working. The food i get is always the magnifico pizzas! Its amazing. The atmostphere of the cooks could be better though. Making a cleaner looking environment may please more customers.
