Ordered Pizza tonight that was Build your own White sauce Grilled Chicken Bacon Garlic Parm Cup Received Marinara sauce Grilled Chicken Bacon Garlic Parm Cup Called location. Was told since I had ordered through Door Dash they couldn't remake. Door Dash didn't screw up. They did. I have receipt in hand. Manager...didn't get his name said that they could not remake. Been buying from them for years and yes it was a mistake. Thought they would make good on it. Guess not. Have a nice day.

They use Door Dash. In all the years I have tried doordash I HAVE NEVER gotten a Delivery with what I ordered. NOT ONCE. Screw any Pizza joint that uses DoorDash... First order ever from Marco's Missing Items... NEVER AGAIN. They dont even advertise that they use doordash as Delivery on their website and you only find out after you give them your money. Lost a customer For good. Get BENTšŸ–•

My 2 pizzas got delivered and they look like multiple pizzas were put together to make them. Pizzas are supposed to be round and these were all different sizes not even close to round. Worst presentation. Looks like they are pulling a chuck-e-cheese and recycling old pizzas.

I recently went to Marcos with my boyfriend and during the duration of waiting for our pizza, we noticed that none of the staff members wore gloves OR washed their hands before preparing food. One member went from folding boxes and stocking paper products straight to preparing food for other customers. Did not take the time to wash their hands. To find that the two employees were too busy talking to each other to realize they gave us thw wrong pizza from what we ordered and paid for. On another note, I understand that some work places allow you to play music to help you focus or help the time move by faster, but I do think it's inappropriate to play gang rap music in the store. Just for the simple reason that you are representing your service and the company you are working for. If it was a cleaner music it wouldn't be so bad. Long story short, we got the wrong pizza from what we paid for and nobody washed their hands once in the whole 30 minutes we were in the store. I will not be returning. Marcos was really good the first time, but the 2nd time was not as great.

The driver didn’t give my daughter her salad. We called right away and the driver was supposed to turn around and get it to us. No one comes, so then we called and they said they’ll have one sent out. After waiting over an hour with no salad, we called back and all they have to say is ā€œsorry, here’s a credit for the salad.ā€ So now my daughter doesn’t have dinner. And it’s too late because she has to get to bed for soccer the following day. Don’t order delivery.

Ordered Pizza from here for Delivery. It was wrong and was told they would take my name and number for a credit on a future order. Called tonight to find out there were no notes put on my account and was told they couldn’t honor the previous mistake. Will be sending corporate my order info and photo I took of the wrong pizza along with the negative statements overheard through the phone about it. Also the manager refused to get on the phone with me. I have no problem with someone making a mistake and then making it right but when I’m told it would be fixed then told that was a lie I cannot honor that.

The last time I was at marcos pizza the employees were talking really loudly about there wild bedroom adventures. while there were kids in the lobby. I ordered delivery this time and they forgot every single sauce. nobody answers the phone either. been on hold for 15 minutes already. Oshkosh, WI #AnywhereElseForPizza

I’m making this complaint because if I was an owner of a pizza franchise, then I would want to know what my employees are doing. At 8:34, I made an online order 165344378. The estimated pick up time was 8:54 PM, so we went to the Marcos in Spanish Fork at about 9:05 PM. I went in and nobody would come up to the desk and two guys said they were off the clock. Finally, a girl came to The desk and asked if she could help. I told her that I had an online order and she asked for my name and couldn’t find it so then I gave her the order number and she then told me that it got canceled. I asked her how it could’ve got canceled because I didn’t cancel it. There was a girl sitting eating some cheese sticks at one of the tables and said that she was the one who canceled it and I asked her, why would she cancel it and she said they were behind and her tooth was hurting. When I got there, there was nobody making any pizzas and just a bunch of Teenagers messing around in the back. The girl sitting down eating her cheese bread happened to be the manager at the time. And I asked her why she would cancel somebody’s order if she knew they were going to come and pick it up. She said she didn’t have enough staff and that she just had to cancel the Order. In my opinion, you don’t just cancel someone’s order because you can’t keep up. If anything it might be a little bit later than expected, but there was no confirmation email or anything letting me know that the order was canceled. The store doesn’t close until 12 PM, so why would you cancel Orders?That is not how you do business and she just kept saying well my tooth hurt as she was eating her cheese sticks, which is very ironic as she canceled our food and she had time to fix her own. This place is very unprofessional and don’t think I will be going back. And I’m gonna share my experience with others as well to let them know of the chaos that goes on at this pizza place. if zero was an option… I would give this place zero out of five stars! What a joke! I hope someone will fix this problem. If I owned this part of the franchise, I would not want a manager like this just canceling potential revenue because she can’t keep up!!

We ordered from a coupon offering a large 2-topping pizza with cheesy bread. The pizza was delivered and they took my cash, but no cheesy bread. Called the store @ 21680 Kuykendahl, they said they'd make the cheesy bread & deliver in 30 more minutes, and they'd comp the order for the mistake. An hour later, no cheesy bread. I call again. I'm told they can make the bread and wait another 30 minutes, so now I'm 2 hours into this. No offer to comp. Since I paid with cash & the driver didn't wait for the outcome of the initial phone call, I'm screwed. Told them we'd never buy pizza from them again. The individual on the phone really didn't care. Talk about poor customer service. I'm typically not one to write a review, but they deserve to have their service highlighted. Too many other options available.

This place is unbelievable it's the Marco's in Jeffersontown KY the food was horrible the service was even worse I even seen one of the girls there put her hands down her pants and and scratched her a* * hole then just start making more pizza. They do not wear gloves. One of them even got smart with my son.. I mean I about lost it in this place. If you look at reviews nobody has nothing good to say at all about This place not to mention they even made my order wrong. By that time I was over it and told them just give me my money back. There was people waiting on food there that said they had been waiting over an hour Anyway steer clear from this horrible place. Never again. Worst place I have ever been in my entire life and I'm 53 years old I'm sure they will be out of buisness here real soon.

the notifications related to the completion of your pizza are a lie. you are told your pizza is ready but it's not and it takes substantially longer to actually get it. even if you order ahead for a specific time you don't get it as promised. the store says there's nothing they can do about the false notifications which seems weird
