Customer service is absolutely terrible here. The ladies working here just sit on their phones instead of working. I was there for 10 minutes trying to put in an order like the gentleman in front of me. Once I saw how rude they treat other customers waiting, I just took my business elsewhere.

Food is what you expect at McDonald's these days. No one attending the register when you come to the counter so either wait until they acknowledge you or make yourself heard, which I hate to do. Otherwise take your time at the kiosk and hope for the best.

Ordered a mc rib. Got home and found cheeseburger buns. Very disappointed I called and the manager told me , "they should have told you we were out of buns"

Got a couple double cheeseburgers. The patties were old and cold so brought them back up to the counter to hopefully get fresh patties. Got the fresh patties and also got our food doused in salt and pepper and couldn’t eat it. At no point were we rude. And didn’t deserve what they did. I will also be calling corporate.

Well it takes for ever sometimes to get service and when drive thur we'll if you don't check order your screwed and biscuits come with no cheese but I get home and they have cheese and coffee is about 40% of the time cold nobody at the counter half the time the who runs the business she good when she's there but overall you get a rating of 35% not good

They really don't want do not want anyone inside their store. Takes forever to get anyone's attention to wait on you! You have to ask for everything, nothing is out to grab yourself. Awful!
The food ordering system is confusing when you are ordering it states a receipt is going to print. You stand there waiting it doesn’t print until you go to the counter. Maybe you could add that part to the instructions on your online ordering station. I’m not the only person who thinks this just fyi.

Food cold and soft I ordered chicken nuggets and fries 40 to be exact all gross and when we asked for new ones we got the “ they were made fresh we had 200 nuggets before yours!” And refused to give us new ones
