I have deleted my McDonald's App (which is the worst ever) and will NEVER step into a McDonalds again. They should absolutely only be a drive thru restaurant because service at the counter is nonexistent. The staff at McDonald's used to be the best trained of all fast food restaurants, not any more!

Ordered a #1 meal with frozen Coke. The manager wanted to round up my check, -I said, NO, - asked for a receipt, - she doesn't have it. -I said, I can wait, -she said, pull to the order waiting parking area, - said, No I can wait and stayed by the food service window, -after 10 minutes I got my receipt, and surely it was showing my original order to , which was 10 minutes earlier.....
Conclusion: If management hires such incompetent, rude, people and their training sucks, their communication skills with customers = 0, than don't be surprised such downgrading reviews.

The employees that work there are always very unfriendly. The only one that is helpful and friendly is the Spanish lady that transferred from Clearwater Beach. I know her from picking up food at Clearwater Beach location that closed down. She’s always been friendly but the rest of them at this location on Seminole Boulevard are the most unfriendly of all the McDonald’s that I’ve been to and I go to quite a few McDonald’s. They are very unhelpful. They make it a point to be unfriendly! I wrote this review after several visits at this restaurant of the same poor behavior!

Usually great customer service from the drive thru. It's fast food, so you get what you pay for. Great place for something quick. I'm a regular customer and will continue to return.
They were playing awesome 70s music 🎶!!! ... Got the $5 meal, with coffee instead of soda... Service from the lead (we can't recall him name) was great -- he helped us with the ordering kiosk, especially with the coffee substitute...they deliver the meal to your table.
Horrible customer service … no one was answering the drive thru…having cars pass by.. I decided to pull to the second window and the manager is talking about “go around to order” when no one was picking up on drive thru…The employees were nice. The manager seemed miserable…
