I have nothing good to say I placed an order on the mobile app wanted 5mins to go pick it up curbside waited 20mins before i decided to walked inside EVERY SINGLE EMPLOYEE WAS STANDING AROUND ON THEIR PHONES…..one got an attitude with me & said you order 20 nuggets it takes longer the nuggets are fresh….Which they wasn’t all the nuggets was cold & fries was cold too there was another lady that was waiting for her food too longer than me.

The staff are incompetent,they are too involved hanging out back texting and smoking.The last three times I went required two trips each time to get my order fixed.Things like no ketchup etc.I will probably go back when Ai machines replace these people.Any we have brought back to fix comes with a stupid smirk from the person at the counter.They just do not care about their jobs.
If we are going to pay 15 an hour, employees need to learn how to put together a burger. When I opened the container, the hamburger was slapped together with the hamburger half off of the sandwich and way too much sauce. Made me sick to my stomach with so much sauce.
